Abstract

一种液压泵,涉及液压技术,它主要由斜盘[4]、 回转盘[15]、柱塞连杆[6]和柱塞[7]等组成。利用缸体 [8]通过柱塞[7]带动柱塞连杆[6],从而带动回转盘[15] 在斜盘[4]内运动,以使柱塞[7]在缸体[8]内往复运动, 实现吸排油液。本实用新型是对现有的液压泵的结 构进行了改进,从而改善了柱塞的受力情况,并克服 了斜盘倾角较小的缺点,该泵省去了滑靴,因而避免 了滑靴易损坏的弊病。

Description

本实用新型涉及液压技术,应用于液压传动。
目前,在有变量要求的场合中,主要采用通轴斜盘柱塞泵和斜轴柱塞泵,但是在通轴斜盘柱塞泵中,柱塞受到较大的弯曲力,从而限制了斜盘柱塞泵倾角,该倾角一般小于20°,且该泵中具有滑靴,该滑靴易损坏。在斜轴柱塞泵中,因其轴和缸体相对倾斜,给安装带来很大不便。
本实用新型的目的是对现有的泵的结构进行改进,提供一种液压泵,从而改善了柱塞的受力情况,並克服了斜盘倾角较小的缺点,该液压泵省去了滑靴,因而避免了滑靴易损坏的弊病。又因其轴和缸体没有相对倾斜给安装带来了方便。
本实用新型是这样实现的:
在斜盘【4】中装有回转盘【15】,回转盘【15】和缸体【8】之间装有柱塞连杆【6】和柱塞【7】,回转盘【15】和斜盘【4】之间装有轴承【3】和圆锥滚子轴承【16】。回转盘【15】装入轴承【3】的内圈【c】并用卡圈【17】限位。柱塞连杆【6】的球头【b】置于回转盘【15】的球窝【a】中,压板【14】压住球头【b】固定在回转盘【15】上,防止球头【b】退出。弹簧【12】一端支撑在传动轴【1】上,另一端支撑在缸体【8】上。

现结合附图1说明如下:
轴承【3】、【16】装于斜盘【4】中,将回转盘【15】装入轴承【3】、【16】的内孔中,並用卡圈【17】将轴承【3】定位。压板【14】固定在回转盘【15】上,回转盘【15】上开有球窝【a】柱塞连杆【6】的一端为球头【b】置于回转盘【15】的球窝【a】中,並用压板【4】压住,柱塞连杆【6】的另一端与柱塞【7】连接。驱动轴【1】穿过回转盘【15】的中心及缸体【8】中心,並穿过弹簧【12】。驱动轴【1】的一端支撑在泵体【2】上,另一端支撑在后盖【10】上。弹簧【12】的一端支撑在驱动轴【1】上,另一端顶在缸体【8】上。
现结合附图2将斜盘【4】的结构描述如下:
斜盘【4】由斜盘体【18】、轴承【19】组成,並支撑在缸体【2】上,可绕直线A旋转,配流盘【9】定位在后盖【10】上。
当本实用新型工作时,传动轴【1】通过键【13】带动缸体【8】旋转,缸体【8】通过柱塞【7】带动柱塞连杆【6】,从而带动回转盘【15】在斜盘【4】中旋转,使得柱塞【6】在缸体【8】中往复运动,并通过配流盘【9】配流,实现吸排油液。通过控制阀【11】,可以控制变量活塞【5】的运动,从而控制斜盘【4】的倾角,实现排量的变化。
本实用新型的优点是不需滑靴,结构简单、寿命长、斜盘倾角大、体积小、成本低。

Claims (4)

1、一种液压泵,涉及液压传动领域,本实用新型的特征是在斜盘[4]中装有回转盘[15],在缸体[8]中装有柱塞[7],在柱塞[7]中装有柱塞连杆[6]。
2、按权利要求书1所述的液压泵,其特征在于回转盘〔15〕通过柱塞连杆〔6〕与柱塞〔7〕连接。
3、按权利要求1所述的液压泵,其特征是在回转盘〔15〕和斜盘〔4〕之间装有轴承〔3〕和圆锥滚子轴承〔16〕。
4、按权利要求2所述的液压泵,其特征是柱塞连杆〔6〕的球头〔b〕置于回转盘〔15〕的球窝〔a〕中,压板〔14〕压住球头〔b〕,固定在回转盘〔15〕上。
