一种柱塞式金属波纹管泵由电动机带动传动轴(4),在电机转动时,传动轴再带动波纹管连接盘(7)、波纹管(8)、导向体(9)、压缩杆(10)、滑靴(11)、压紧盘(13)、钢珠(14)、弹簧套(15)、弹簧(16)在斜盘(12)的作用下,使压缩杆作往复运动,带动金属波纹管的伸缩,来实现泵油的目的。可解决内泄问题,提高输油效率,降低制造成本。

柱塞式金属波纹管泵
本实用新型涉及一种金属波纹管泵。
在已有技术中,齿轮泵、叶片泵、螺杆泵、柱塞泵及离心泵,无论制作精度如何高,都存在内泄现象,输液效率还要受到液体温度的影响。
本发明的目的在于提供一种韧性好的金属波纹管做缸体的泵,可解决内泄问题,提高输液效率,降低制造成本。
本实用新型是这样实现的,斜盘[12]用螺栓固定在斜盘座[1]内,导向体[9]由轴承[17]支承,波纹管连接盘[7]、波纹管[8]与压缩杆[10]焊接在一起,弹簧[16]置于弹簧套[15]内,弹簧[16]压住钢球[14],弹簧套[15]、压紧盘[13]及滑靴[11],滑靴[11]的表面与斜盘表面贴合,波纹管连接盘[7]的表面与配油盘[6]的表面贴合,配油盘[6]与进出口接盘[5]紧配合,用螺栓固定在泵体座[2]上,斜盘座[1]与泵体座[2]连结在一起,传动轴[4],经过轴承[3]与波纹管连接盘[7]用键连接在一起。
本发明的柱塞式金属波纹管泵与现有技术,齿轮泵、叶片泵、螺杆泵、柱塞泵、离心泵相比,解决了内泄问题,提高了输油效率,降低了制造成本,可实现全系统刚性密封,做到绝对无渗漏,起到绝对安全作用,可用作有毒液体及有毒气体的输送。

1.一种柱塞式金属波纹管泵,其特征在于斜盘[12]用螺栓固定在斜盘座[1]内,导向体[9]由轴承[17]支承,波纹管连接盘[7]、波纹管[8]与压缩杆[10]焊接在一起,弹簧[16]置于弹簧套[15]内,弹簧[16]压住钢球[14],弹簧套[15]、压紧盘[13]及滑靴[11],滑靴[11]的表面与斜盘表面贴合,波纹管连接盘[7]的表面与配油盘[6]的表面贴合,配油盘[6]与进出口接盘[5]紧配合,用螺栓固定在泵体座[2]上,斜盘座[1]与泵体座[2]连结在一起,传动轴[4],经过轴承[3]与波纹管连接盘[7]用键连接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柱塞式金属波纹管泵,特征在于波纹管[8]是采用1cr18Ni9Ti制作的,配油盘[6]、波纹管连接盘[7]、导向体[9]、压缩杆[10]、滑靴[11]、斜盘[12]采用耐磨材料。
