Description
図1を参照して本実施形態に係るブレーキ液圧制御装置の全体構成例を説明する。図1は、ブレーキ液圧制御装置20の一例を示す斜視図である。ブレーキ液圧制御装置20は、液圧ユニット110とECU140とを備える。
次に、本実施形態に係るブレーキ液圧制御装置20に備えられたポンプエレメント44について詳細に説明する。
図2は、ハウジング130の凹部131にポンプエレメント44が装着された状態を示す断面図である。以下の説明において、ポンプエレメント44のうちのピストン構造体150が配置された方向を先端側といい、その逆方向を後端側という場合がある。
次に、図3及び図4を参照して、カバー部材185に形成された通路187の配置について説明する。以下、一つのポンプエレメント44のカバー部材185の通路187について説明するが、本実施形態に係るブレーキ液圧制御装置20では、すべてのポンプエレメント44のカバー部材185の通路187が同様に配置される。
Claims (2)
- ブレーキ液圧回路の液圧を制御するブレーキ液圧制御装置(20)であって、
内部にブレーキ液の流路が形成されたハウジング(130)と、
前記ハウジング(130)に装着されたモータ(96)と、
前記ハウジング(130)の側面に形成された凹部(131)に装着され、前記モータ(96)により駆動される複数のポンプエレメント(44)とを備え、
前記ポンプエレメント(44)は、
ポンプ室(161)にブレーキ液を吸入する吸入弁(170)と、
前記ポンプ室(161)からブレーキ液を吐出する吐出弁(180)と、
前記吐出弁(180)の吐出側に配置される流路形成部材(185)とを備え、
前記流路形成部材(185)は、
前記吐出弁(180)の弁体(181)を閉弁方向に付勢するスプリング(183)を収容するスプリング室(185a)と、
前記スプリング室(185a)と前記流路形成部材(185)の外面とを連通する通路(187)とを備え、
前記複数のポンプエレメント(44)のそれぞれの前記流路形成部材(185)の前記通路(187)は、
前記スプリング室(185a)の鉛直方向最上部を含む位置から上方に延びて前記外面に接続され、
前記流路形成部材(185)を軸方向に見たときに、
前記通路(187)は、鉛直方向上方から左右のいずれか一方側に傾いて上方に延び、
前記通路(187)の幅(W)、前記スプリング室(185a)の半径(r)及び前記通路(187)の傾斜角度(θ)が下記式(1)
ことを特徴とするブレーキ液圧制御装置。 - 前記流路形成部材(185)を軸方向に見たときに、
前記スプリング室(185a)の鉛直方向最上部は、前記通路(187)の左右の境界線(L1,L2)の間に位置する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のブレーキ液圧制御装置。
