Description
第1実施形態について説明する。本実施形態にかかるL10型のFeNi規則合金、すなわちFeNi超格子は、磁石材料および磁気記録材料等の磁性材料に適用されるものであり、高い規則度Sを有した磁性特性に優れたものである。
本発明は上記した実施形態に限定されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲に記載した範囲内において適宜変更が可能である。

Claims (6)
- L10型の規則構造の粒子(10)を有し、該粒子の粒径が200~500nmとされ、前記粒子に含まれる気孔(11)の前記粒子の体積に対する体積分率[vol.%]が1~5%となっているFeNi規則合金。
- 前記粒子は、隣り合う該粒子同士が互いに孤立した状態となっている請求項1に記載のFeNi規則合金。
- 前記体積分率が1~2%となっている請求項1または2に記載のFeNi規則合金。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載のFeNi規則合金を含んでなる磁性材料。
- L10型の規則構造を有するFeNi規則合金の製造方法であって、
FeNi不規則合金の粒子(20)を加熱処理によって緻密化することと、
前記緻密化が行われた前記FeNi不規則合金の粒子を窒化する窒化処理を行った後、前記窒化処理された前記FeNi不規則合金の粒子から窒素を除去する脱窒素処理を行うことにより、L10型のFeNi規則合金の粒子(10)であって、前記粒子に含まれる気孔(11)の前記粒子の体積に対する体積分率[vol.%]が1~5%となるものを得ることと、を含むFeNi規則合金の製造方法。 - 前記緻密化の加熱処理前に、前記FeNi不規則合金の粒子の周囲を覆う被覆物(12)を形成することを行い、
前記被覆物にて前記粒子の周囲を覆った状態で前記加熱処理を行う、請求項5に記載のFeNi規則合金の製造方法。
