Description
(a)酸性の不均一触媒;
(b)少なくとも1種の有機イオウ含有化合物を含んでいる第1の触媒プロモーター;および
(c)第1の触媒プロモーターと異なりかつ少なくとも1種の有機ブレンステッド酸イオン化合物を含んでいる第2の触媒プロモーター。
(a)酸性の不均一触媒;
(b)少なくとも1種の有機イオウ含有化合物を含んでいる第1の触媒プロモーター;および
(c)第1の触媒プロモーターと異なりかつ少なくとも1種の有機ブレンステッド酸イオン化合物を含んでいる第2の触媒プロモーター。

・1-エチル-3-メチルイミダゾリウムトリフルオロメタンスルフォネート(EMIM TFA)
・1-エチル-3-メチルイミダゾリウムメタンスルフォネート(EMIM MSA)
・1-エチル-3-メチルイミダゾリウム水素サルフェート(EMIM HSA)
・1-ブチル-3-メチルイミダゾリウムトリフルオロメタンスルフォネート(BMIM TFA)
・テトラエチルアンモニウムトリフルオロメタンスルフォネート(TEA TFA)
・テトラブチルアンモニウムメタンスルフォネート(TBA MSA)
・1-ブチル-1-メチルピロリジニウムトリフルオロメタンスルフォネート(BMPD TFA)
・4-(3-トリメチルシリル-1-イミダゾリオ)-1-ブタンスルホン酸(TMSIM BSA)。
・比較例A、ここではイオン交換樹脂触媒およびBMTPプロモーターが、何らの有機ブレンステッド酸イオン化合物も添加されないで試験されて、ベースラインケースとして設定された。
・比較例B、ここでは均一酸触媒p-トルエンスルホン酸(PTSA)およびBMTPプロモーターが、何らの有機ブレンステッド酸イオン化合物も添加されないで試験された。
・比較例C、ここでは均一酸触媒エタンスルホン酸(ESA)およびBMTPプロモーターが、何らの有機ブレンステッド酸イオン化合物も添加されないで試験された。
・比較例D、ここでは1-エチル-3-メチルイミダゾリウムトリフルオロメタンスルフォネート(EMIM TFA)が単独で試験された。
・比較例E、ここでは1-エチル-3-メチルイミダゾリウム水素サルフェート(EMIM HSA)が単独で試験された。
・比較例F、ここではテトラエチルアンモニウムトリフルオロメタンスルフォネート(TEA TFA)が単独で試験された。

・4-(3-ブチル-1-イミダゾリオ)-1-ブタンスルフォネート(BIM BSA)

・3-(3-トリフルオロアセチル-1-イミダゾリオ)-1-プロパンスルフォネート(TFAIM PSA)
・3-(4-エチル-1-ピリジニオ)-1-プロパンスルフォネート(4EP PSA)
・3-(4-ターシャリブチル-1-ピリジニオ)-1-プロパンスルフォネート(4TBP PSA)

Claims (8)
- ビスフェノールAの製造に有用な触媒系であって
(a)スルホン化イオン交換樹脂を含んでいる酸性不均一触媒;
(b)少なくとも1種の有機イオウ含有化合物を含んでいる第1の触媒プロモーター;および
(c)第1の触媒プロモーターと異なり、かつ少なくとも1種の有機ブレンステッド酸イオン化合物を含んでいる第2の触媒プロモーターであって、前記少なくとも1種の有機ブレンステッド酸イオン化合物が4級N原子を有するカチオンを含んでいるものまたは両性イオン化合物である、第2の触媒プロモーター
を含んでいる触媒系。 - 前記少なくとも1種の有機イオウ含有化合物が、アルキルメルカプタン、メルカプトカルボン酸、メルカプトスルホン酸、メルカプトアルキルピリジン、メルカプトアルキルアミン、チアゾリジンおよびアミノチオールから成る群から選ばれる、請求項1に記載の触媒系。
- 前記少なくとも1種の有機ブレンステッド酸イオン化合物が、25℃で液体である、請求項1または2に記載の触媒系。
- 触媒系の存在の下で反応媒体中でアセトンおよびフェノールの反応によってビスフェノールAを製造するプロセスであって、前記触媒系が
(a)スルホン化イオン交換樹脂を含んでいる酸性不均一触媒;
(b)少なくとも1種の有機イオウ含有化合物を含んでいる第1の触媒プロモーター;および
(c)第1の触媒プロモーターと異なり、かつ少なくとも1種の有機ブレンステッド酸イオン化合物を含んでいる第2の触媒プロモーターであって、前記少なくとも1種の有機ブレンステッド酸イオン化合物が4級N原子を有するカチオンを含んでいるものまたは両性イオン化合物である、第2の触媒プロモーター
を含んでいる、プロセス。 - 前記少なくとも1種の有機イオウ含有化合物が、アルキルメルカプタン、メルカプトカルボン酸、メルカプトスルホン酸、メルカプトアルキルピリジン、メルカプトアルキルアミン、チアゾリジンおよびアミノチオールから成る群から選ばれる、請求項4に記載のプロセス。
- 前記少なくとも1種の有機ブレンステッド酸イオン化合物が、25℃で液体である、請求項4または5に記載のプロセス。
- 第1および第2の触媒プロモーターの少なくとも1種が、前記酸性不均一触媒に結合されている、請求項4~6のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
- 第1および第2の触媒プロモーターの少なくとも1種が、前記反応媒体に前記酸性不均一触媒とは別個に加えられる、請求項4~7のいずれか1項に記載のプロセス。
