Description
図2は、図1の型内発泡成形体ユニット100の第1応用例に係る型内発泡成形体ユニット101の概略構成を示す斜視図である。型内発泡成形体ユニット101と型内発泡成形体ユニット100との相違点は、以下のとおりである。
本発明の一態様に係る型内発泡成形体ユニットは、熱可塑性樹脂からなる型内発泡成形体と、上記型内発泡成形体に対して埋め込まれており、略四角形の枠状に形成されたインサート材とを備えており、上記インサート材は、上記略四角形における2組の対辺の一方と対応する第1延伸領域と、上記略四角形における2組の対辺の他方と対応する第2延伸領域とを有しており、上記第1延伸領域の略全体が、上記型内発泡成形体に対して埋め込まれており、上記第2延伸領域は、上記型内発泡成形体の外部に露出しており、上記型内発泡成形体の収縮および膨張に追従する露出部を有している。

Claims (5)
- 熱可塑性樹脂からなる型内発泡成形体と、
上記型内発泡成形体に対して埋め込まれており、略四角形の枠状に形成されたインサート材とを備えており、
上記インサート材は、上記略四角形における2組の対辺の一方と対応する第1延伸領域と、上記略四角形における2組の対辺の他方と対応する第2延伸領域とを有しており、
上記第1延伸領域の略全体が、上記型内発泡成形体に対して埋め込まれており、
上記第2延伸領域は、上記型内発泡成形体の外部に露出しており、上記型内発泡成形体の収縮および膨張に追従する露出部を有しており、
上記露出部の少なくとも一部における上記インサート材の太さは、上記第1延伸領域における上記インサート材の太さより小さいことを特徴とする型内発泡成形体ユニット。 - 上記露出部は、上記インサート材の折り曲げ部分を3つ以上有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の型内発泡成形体ユニット。
- 掛け止め具をさらに備えており、
上記掛け止め具の全体が、上記型内発泡成形体の外部に露出していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の型内発泡成形体ユニット。 - 上記略四角形における2組の対辺の一方は、上記型内発泡成形体ユニットの長手方向と対応しており、
上記略四角形における2組の対辺の他方は、上記型内発泡成形体ユニットの短手方向と対応していることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の型内発泡成形体ユニット。 - 熱可塑性樹脂からなる型内発泡成形体と、
上記型内発泡成形体に対して埋め込まれており、略四角形の枠状に形成されたインサート材とを備えており、
上記インサート材は、上記略四角形における2組の対辺の一方と対応する第1延伸領域と、上記略四角形における2組の対辺の他方と対応する第2延伸領域とを有している型内発泡成形体ユニットの製造方法であって、
上記インサート材を埋め込むように、上記型内発泡成形体を形成する工程を含んでおり、当該工程において、
上記第1延伸領域の略全体を、上記型内発泡成形体に対して埋め込み、
上記型内発泡成形体の収縮および膨張に追従する上記第2延伸領域の部分を、上記型内発泡成形体の外部に露出させ、
上記露出させた部分の少なくとも一部における上記インサート材の太さは、上記第1延伸領域における上記インサート材の太さより小さいことを特徴とする型内発泡成形体ユニットの製造方法。
