Description
蓄電パック8は、蓄電ユニット10と、正極集電板11と、負極集電板12と、正極端子(第1端子)13と、負極端子(第2端子)14と、収容ケース15と、絶縁板16,17とを含む。蓄電ユニット10は、略直方体形状に形成されている。
Claims (6)
- 蓄電ユニットと、
前記蓄電ユニットに設けられた第1集電板および第2集電板と、
前記第1集電板に設けられた第1端子と、
前記第2集電板に設けられた第2端子と、
前記蓄電ユニットに設けられた少なくとも1つのセンサと、
前記センサに接続された少なくとも1つの配線と、
を備え、
前記蓄電ユニットは、
第1側面と、
前記第1側面と反対側に位置する第2側面と、
前記第1側面および前記第2側面の間に位置する第3側面と、
前記第3側面と反対側に位置する第4側面と、
を含み、
前記第1端子および前記第2端子は、前記第1側面側に設けられており、前記第1側面側に配置された第1機器に接続され、
前記配線は、前記第1側面から前記第2側面に向かう方向に延び、前記第2側面側に設けられた第2機器に接続され、
前記第3側面には、冷却風が流れ込む通風路が形成されており、
前記蓄電ユニットは、
前記通風路を通った前記冷却風が流れ込む冷却通路が複数形成された少なくとも1つの冷却板を含み、
前記冷却通路は、前記第1側面側から前記第2側面側に向けて複数形成されており、
前記通風路における前記冷却風の流路面積は、前記第1側面側から前記第2側面側に向かうにつれて小さくなる、蓄電装置。 - 前記蓄電ユニットは、第1方向に配列する第1端面および第2端面を含み、
前記第1端面および前記第2端面を接続するように前記第1側面および前記第2側面が設けられており、
前記第1集電板は前記第1端面に設けられており、前記第2集電板は前記第2端面に設けられており、
前記蓄電ユニットは、前記第1方向に配列する複数のバイポーラ電極板を含む、請求項1に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記蓄電ユニットを収容する収容ケースと、
前記第1側面側から前記収容ケース内に冷却風を供給するファンと、
をさらに備え、
前記収容ケースの壁面と、前記蓄電ユニットの前記第3側面との間には、前記冷却風が流れ込む前記通風路が形成されている、請求項1または請求項2に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記蓄電ユニットは、第1方向に配列する第1端面および第2端面を含み、
前記冷却板は、前記第1端面から前記第2端面に向けて間隔をあけて複数配置されており、
前記センサおよび前記配線は、複数設けられており、
前記センサは、前記冷却通路内に配置されており、
前記配線は、前記第3側面側から前記冷却通路から引き出されており、
前記冷却通路への前記配線の引出し位置は、前記第1側面側から前記第2側面側に向かうにつれて、前記第1端面側から前記第2端面側に向かうように配列する、請求項3に記載の蓄電装置。 - 第1絶縁板および第2絶縁板をさらに備え、
前記蓄電ユニットは、第1方向に配列する第1端面および第2端面を含み、
前記第1集電板は、前記蓄電ユニットの前記第1端面に設けられており、
前記第2集電板は、前記蓄電ユニットの前記第2端面に設けられており、
前記第1絶縁板は、前記第1集電板および前記収容ケースの間に配置されており、
前記第2絶縁板は、前記第2集電板および前記収容ケースの間に配置されており、
前記第1絶縁板は、第1主板と、前記第1主板から前記第2絶縁板に向けて延び、前記蓄電ユニットを支持する支持部材とを含む、請求項3または請求項4に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記第2絶縁板は、第2主板と、前記第2主板に形成されると共に前記蓄電ユニットを支持するリブとを含む、請求項5に記載の蓄電装置。
