Description
ポリテトラメチレンエテルグリコール(PTMG,分子量1800)33.8 kgにポリエチレングリコール(分子量2000)を5.0モル%混合した後、4,4'-ジフェニールメタンジイソシアネート8.8 kgを添加して、窒素ガス気流の中で90℃,120分間攪拌しながら反応させて両末端にイソシアネート基を有するポリウレタン予備重合体(prepolymer)を製造した。前記予備重合体を室温まで冷却させた後、溶媒としてジメチルアセトアミド66.1 kgを加えてポリウレタン予備重合体(prepolymer)溶液を得た。
前記実施例1の予備重合体を調製する過程の中で、ポリテトラメチレンエテルグリコール(PTMG,分子量1800)32.0 kgにポリエチレングリコール(分子量2000)を10.0モル%混合した後、4,4'-ジフェニールメタンジイソシアネート8.7 kgを添加して、窒素ガス気流の中で90℃,120分間攪拌しながら反応させて両末端にイソシアネート基を有するポリウレタン予備重合体(prepolymer)を製造した。以後、製造過程は実施例1と同一である。
前記実施例1の予備重合体を調製する過程の中で、ポリテトラメチレンエテルグリコール(PTMG,分子量1800)28.2 kgにポリエチレングリコール(分子量2000)を20.0モル%混合した後、4,4'-ジフェニールメタンジイソシアネート8.7 kgを添加して、窒素ガス気流の中で90℃,120分間攪拌しながら反応させて両末端にイソシアネート基を有するポリウレタン予備重合体(prepolymer)を製造した。以後、製造過程は実施例1と同一である。
前記実施例1と製造過程は同一に実施するが、予備重合体の製造段階においてポリエチレングリコールを混合せずにポリウレタンウレア弾性糸を製造した。
前記実施例1の予備重合体を調製する過程の中で、ポリテトラメチレンエテルグリコール(PTMG,分子量1800)34.2 kgにポリエチレングリコール(分子量2000)を4.0モル%混合した後、4,4'-ジフェニールメタンジイソシアネート8.8 kgを添加して、窒素ガス気流の中で90℃,120分間攪拌しながら反応させて両末端にイソシアネート基を有するポリウレタン予備重合体(prepolymer)を製造した。以後、製造過程は実施例1と同一である。
前記実施例1の予備重合体を調製する過程の中で、ポリテトラメチレンエテルグリコール(PTMG,分子量1800)27.8 kgにポリエチレングリコール(分子量2000)を21.0モル%混合した後、4,4'-ジフェニールメタンジイソシアネート8.7 kgを添加して、窒素ガス気流の中で90℃,120分間攪拌しながら反応させて両末端にイソシアネート基を有するポリウレタン予備重合体(prepolymer)を製造した。以後、製造過程は実施例1と同一である。
Claims (6)
- (a) 第1ポリオ―ル及び第2ポリオ―ルを含むポリオ―ル、(b) 1種以上のジイソシアネート、(c) 1種以上のジアミン鎖延長剤、及び、(d) 1種以上のアミン鎖終止剤を反応させた生成物を含むポリウレタンウレア弾性糸であり、前記第2ポリオ―ルはポリエチレングリコールであり、第1ポリオ―ルと第2ポリオ―ルは相異なる物質であり、
前記第2ポリオ―ルは、全体ポリオ―ルに比して10.0乃至20.0モール%混合することを特徴とする、染色性が改善されたポリウレタンウレア弾性糸。 - 前記ポリウレタンウレア弾性糸のアミン末端数が20.0乃至45.0 meq/kgであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリウレタンウレア弾性糸。
- (a) 第1ポリオ―ル及び第2ポリオ―ルを含むポリオ―ルを1種以上のジイソシアネートと接触させてポリウレタン予備重合体を製造するステップと、
(b) 前記ステップ(a)の予備重合体に溶媒を添加するステップと、
(c) 前記ステップ(b)の生成物を1種以上のジアミン鎖延長剤及び1種以上のアミン鎖終止剤と接触させるステップと、
(d) 前記ステップ(c)の生成物を紡糸してポリウレタンウレア弾性糸を製造するステップと、を含み、
前記第2ポリオ―ルはポリエチレングリコールであり、第1ポリオ―ルと第2ポリオールは相異なる物質であり、
前記第2ポリオ―ルは、全体ポリオ―ルに比して10.0乃至20.0モール%混合することを特徴とする、染色性が改善されたポリウレタンウレア弾性糸の製造方法。 - 前記ポリウレタンウレア弾性糸のアミン末端数が20.0乃至45.0 meq/kgであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の染色性が改善されたポリウレタンウレア弾性糸の製造方法。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載のポリウレタンウレア弾性糸とナイロンを編織して酸性染料に対する染色性が向上した織物。
- 請求項3または4に記載の製造方法によるポリウレタンウレア弾性糸とナイロンを編織して酸性染料に対する染色性が構造した織物。
