Description
[1]電磁鋼板と該電磁鋼板の少なくとも一方の面に設けられる絶縁被膜とを有する絶縁被膜付き電磁鋼板であって、
前記絶縁被膜は、PおよびAlを含有し、アスペクト比が1~10である複合体を含み、前記複合体の粒径が10nm~1000nmであり、前記絶縁被膜の膜厚が500nm~2000nmである絶縁被膜付き電磁鋼板。
[2]前記絶縁被膜が有機樹脂を含有する[1]に記載の絶縁被膜付き電磁鋼板。
上述の絶縁被膜を形成させた電磁鋼板の試験片に対して、プレス加工時の被膜剥離性を調査する為に、プレス機を用いた押圧試験を実施した。プレス機は、アツギ社製油圧卓上プレスAP-5KLを用いた。金型材質はSKD-11とし、金型径はΦ100mmとした。試料は、20mm×100mmに切り出し、押圧時の圧力を4.5kN、保持時間0.5s/回、加圧速度36mm/s、押圧回数500回とした。金型表面の粗度はRa=0.03μmとなるようにサンドペーパーで事前に研磨を行った。試験後の試料表面を観察し、剥離した被膜の面積率で評価を行った。観察にはOLYMPUS社製マイクロスコープDSX510を用いた。
(判定基準)
◎:剥離面積率0%以上10%未満
○:剥離面積率10%以上20%未満
×:剥離面積率20%以上
結果を表2に示す。
Claims (2)
- 電磁鋼板と該電磁鋼板の少なくとも一方の面に設けられる絶縁被膜とを有する絶縁被膜付き電磁鋼板であって、
前記絶縁被膜は、Pおよびアルミナに由来するAlを含有し、アスペクト比が1~5である複合体を含み、前記複合体の粒径が10nm~1000nmであり、前記絶縁被膜の膜厚が700nm~2000nmである絶縁被膜付き電磁鋼板。ただし、前記絶縁被膜は、フルオロオレフィンとエチレン性不飽和化合物との共重合体、硝酸および多価金属硝酸塩から選ばれた硝酸化合物、および分子内に1級アミン、2級アミン、3級アミン、4級アンモニウム基、もしくはアミド基を構成する窒素原子を2以上有する水または酸に可溶の化合物またはこれらの化合物の混合物からなるポリアミンを含まないものとする。 - 前記絶縁被膜が有機樹脂を含有する請求項1に記載の絶縁被膜付き電磁鋼板。
