Claims (7)
- 電子レンジ器具を使用したポップコーンの製作を目的とするとうもろこし穀粒の処理のための方法であって、
前記とうもろこし穀粒(1)が、化合物および単数または複数の添加剤によって被覆され、前記とうもろこし穀粒の外側含浸が行われる共通のミキサ(2)に、前記とうもろこし穀粒と共に、前記化合物および前記添加剤が追加されるように、前記化合物が、果糖シロップ、液体ブドウ糖、糖蜜、転化糖またはコーンスターチによって置換されることができるヒマワリレシチンを含み、
前記とうもろこし穀粒(1)と前記化合物および前記添加剤を前記共通のミキサ(2)に混合する前に、1つの前記添加剤と共にヒマワリレシチンが添加され、
前記化合物および前記添加剤が、両方とも液態で、共通のミキサ(2)に移る前に濾過体(14)の中でその後濾過される混合物を生成するために前撹拌機(8)を通過した後に液体用のミキサ(9)に混和される、または
前記化合物および前記添加剤が、両方とも固体状態で、前混合にかけられ、かつその後、共通のミキサ(2)に追加される前にふるい(16)にかけられる混合物を得るために固体用のミキサ(11)に移される、または
液態の前記化合物、固体の前記化合物、液態の前記添加剤および固体の前記添加剤が、ミキサ(12)に共に、かつこのミキサから、共通のミキサ(2)に移る前に濾過(15)にかけられる生成物を得るためにこね混ぜ機(13)に移される
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記化合物および前記添加剤が、液態で前記被覆溶液内に含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子レンジ器具を使用したポップコーンの製作を目的とするとうもろこし穀粒の処理のための方法。
- 前記化合物および前記添加剤が、固体状態で前記被覆溶液内に含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子レンジ器具を使用したポップコーンの製作を目的とするとうもろこし穀粒の処理のための方法。
- 前記被覆溶液内に、前記化合物が、液態で含まれ、一方前記添加剤が固体状態で含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子レンジ器具を使用したポップコーンの製作を目的とするとうもろこし穀粒の処理のための方法。
- 前記被覆溶液内に、前記化合物が、固体状態で含まれ、一方前記添加剤が液態で含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子レンジ器具を使用したポップコーンの製作を目的とするとうもろこし穀粒の処理のための方法。
- 前記添加剤が、塩、甘味料、酸味料、香辛料のきいた調味料、苦い調味料のような調味料、同じく食品ラッカー、食品接着剤または均一な色素、結合剤、増粘剤のような定着剤および類似物によって形成されることができることを特徴とする請求項1-5のうちいずれか一項に記載の電子レンジ器具を使用したポップコーンの製作を目的とするとうもろこし穀粒の処理のための方法。
- 各とうもろこし穀粒に対して構想される異なる被覆または層に必要なだけ前記プロセスが繰り返されることができることを特徴とする請求項1-6のうちいずれか一項に記載の電子レンジ器具を使用したポップコーンの製作を目的とするとうもろこし穀粒の処理のための方法。
