Claims (12)
- 硬質セグメントおよび軟質セグメントを有するコポリエステルの群から選択される少なくとも1つの熱可塑性エラストマーを含む混合物からベローズを製造するための方法であって、
前記少なくとも1つの熱可塑性エラストマーが、前記混合物の全体重量に対して1.75%から2.5%のトリアリルイソシアヌレートと第1工程で混合され、第2工程で前記ベローズが形成され、第3工程で前記ベローズが190kGyから260kGyの範囲の電離放射線に曝される方法。 - 硬質セグメントおよび軟質セグメントを有するコポリエステルの群から選択される少なくとも1つの熱可塑性エラストマーを含む混合物からベローズを製造するための方法であって、
前記少なくとも1つの熱可塑性エラストマーが、前記混合物の全体重量に対して1.85%から4.5%のトリアリルイソシアヌレートと第1工程で混合され、第2工程で前記ベローズが形成され、第3工程で前記ベローズが200kGyの電離放射線に曝される方法。 - 硬質セグメントおよび軟質セグメントを有するコポリエステルの群から選択される少なくとも1つの熱可塑性エラストマーを含む混合物からベローズを製造するための方法であって、
前記少なくとも1つの熱可塑性エラストマーが、前記混合物の全体重量に対して2.25%のトリアリルイソシアヌレートと第1工程で混合され、第2工程で前記ベローズが形成され、第3工程で前記ベローズが220kGyから280kGyの範囲の電離放射線に曝される方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの熱可塑性エラストマーの前記軟質セグメントは、2~8個の炭素原子を備えたユニットを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記軟質セグメントは、2~8個の炭素原子を有するアルキレンオキシドの群から選択されるポリエーテルであることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記硬質セグメントがポリブチレンテレフタレートまたはポリエチレンテレフタレートであることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記第1工程において、正確に1つの熱可塑性エラストマーが使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記第2工程における前記ベローズの形成は、圧力ブロワ射出成形法、押出法、射出成形法、トランスファー成形法、および/または押出成形法によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記第2工程における前記ベローズの形成は、170℃~250℃の範囲の温度で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記第3工程における曝露は、5MeV~15MeVの範囲のエネルギーを有する少なくとも1つのイオン化ビームで行われることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記第3工程における前記曝露は、20kGy~40kGyの範囲の放射線量で少なくとも1つの電離ビームを用いて漸増的に行われることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の方法に従って製造されたベローズ、特にアコーディオンベローズまたはアーチベローズ。
