Claims (4)
- サンプルを収容して当該サンプルの温調を行なうための温調空間と、
前記温調空間内の空気を吸気するための吸気部、前記吸気部から取り込まれた空気を前記温調空間に収容された前記サンプルへ向かって送風するためのファン、前記吸気部から取り込まれた空気の経路上で当該空気の少なくとも冷却を行なうために設けられた第1の温調素子、及び前記第1の温調素子とは独立して駆動され、前記吸気部から取り込まれた空気の経路上における前記第1の温調素子よりも下流側で当該空気の少なくとも加熱を行なうために設けられた第2の温調素子を少なくとも有する空気温調部と、
前記空気温調部の動作を制御して前記温調空間内の温度を調節する温度制御部と、
を備え、
前記温度制御部は、
前記第1の温調素子により前記温調空間内の温度を室温よりも低い温度にまで低下させる冷却温調と、前記第2の温調素子により前記温調空間内の温度を室温よりも高い温度にまで上昇させる加熱温調とを択一的に実行させるものであり、
前記冷却温調から前記加熱温調に切り替える際、前記温調空間内の温度が、露点温度以上である予め設定されたしきい値温度に達するまで、前記第1の温調素子で冷却および除湿を行ない、かつ、前記第2の温調素子で加熱を行なう除湿加熱動作を実行させ、前記温調空間内の温度が前記しきい値温度に達した後に、前記第1の温調素子での冷却及び除湿を終了し、前記第2の温調素子で加熱を行なう前記加熱温調を実行する、装置。 - サンプルを収容して当該サンプルの温調を行なうための温調空間と、
前記温調空間内の空気を吸気するための吸気部、前記吸気部から取り込まれた空気を前記温調空間に収容された前記サンプルへ向かって送風するためのファン、前記吸気部から取り込まれた空気の経路上で当該空気の少なくとも冷却を行なうために設けられた第1の温調素子、及び前記第1の温調素子とは独立して駆動され、前記吸気部から取り込まれた空気の経路上における前記第1の温調素子よりも下流側で当該空気の少なくとも加熱を行なうために設けられた第2の温調素子を少なくとも有する空気温調部と、
前記空気温調部の動作を制御して前記温調空間内の温度を調節する温度制御部であって、室温よりも低い前記温調空間内の温度を上昇させる行程の少なくとも一部において、前記吸気部から取り込まれた空気を前記第1の温調素子によって冷却して除湿し、前記第1の温調素子によって除湿された空気を前記第2の温調素子によって加熱する除湿加熱動作を実行するように構成されている温度制御部を備え、
前記第2の温調素子は空気の冷却も行なうことができるものであり、
前記温調制御部は、前記温調空間内の温度を室温よりも低い所定の温度にまで低下させる冷却温調を行なう際に、前記吸気部から取り込まれた空気を前記第1及び第2の温調素子によって冷却するように構成され、
前記第1の温調素子は空気の加熱も行なうことができるものであり、
前記温調制御部は、前記温調空間内の温度を室温よりも高い温度にまで上昇させる加熱温調を行なう際に、前記除湿加熱動作を行なわないタイミングで前記第1及び第2の温調素子によって加熱するように構成されている、装置。 - 前記空気温調部は、同一平面上にマトリクス状に配列された複数のペルチェ素子を前記第1及び第2の温調素子として備えており、マトリクス状に配列された前記複数のペルチェ素子のうち対角線上に配置された2つのペルチェ素子の位置に前記吸気部及び前記ファンが設けられている、請求項1又は2に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は液体クロマトグラフ用のオートサンプラである、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
