Claims (8)
- サンプルを内部に収容して前記サンプルの温調を行なうための温調空間と、
前記温調空間内が外気と熱的に分離されるように前記温調空間の周囲を囲う断熱層と、
冷却された空気を前記温調空間内に送風し、前記温調空間内を冷却するための冷却部と、
前記断熱層の外面のうち少なくとも一部の面を覆う伝熱板と、
前記伝熱板の表面で結露が発生しないように前記伝熱板を加熱するためのヒータと、を備えた分析装置用サンプル温調装置。 - 前記伝熱板の外面を覆う外側断熱層をさらに備えている、請求項1に記載の分析装置用サンプル温調装置。
- 前記伝熱板の表面温度を測定するための表面温度センサと、
露点よりも高い目標温度を設定し、前記伝熱板の温度が前記目標温度になるように前記表面温度センサの出力に基づいて前記ヒータの出力を制御するように構成されたヒータ制御部と、を備えた請求項1又は2に記載の分析装置用サンプル温調装置。 - 当該サンプル温調装置の外気の温度を測定するための外気温センサをさらに備え、
前記ヒータ制御部は、前記外気温センサにより測定される外気の温度に基づいて前記目標温度を設定するように構成されている、請求項3に記載の分析装置用サンプル温調装置。 - 前記ヒータ制御部は、前記目標温度を前記外気温センサにより測定される外気の温度と略同一の温度に設定するように構成されている、請求項4に記載の分析装置用サンプル温調装置。
- 前記冷却部は、ペルチェ素子及びファンを備え、前記ペルチェ素子によって冷却された空気を前記温調空間内に配置された前記サンプルに向けて送風するように構成されたものである、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の分析装置用サンプル温調装置。
- 前記サンプルはサンプルプレートに保持された状態で前記温調空間の底面側に配置され、
前記伝熱板は、前記温調空間の底面側の断熱層を覆うように設けられている、請求項6に記載の分析装置用サンプル温調装置。 - 前記サンプル温調装置は液体クロマトグラフ用オートサンプラである、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の分析装置用サンプル温調装置。
