技术领域
本实用新型属于照明灯具的技术领域,具体涉及一种使用发光二极管作为光源的可防止结露的LED路灯。
背景技术
路灯的工作时间一般是晚上六点至早上六点,由于LED路灯连续工作时间长,长时间里灯体内的温度处于很高的状态,导致路灯灯体内外存在温度差。当路灯关闭后,灯体内的空气处于比周围环境温度高得多,这样灯体内的热空气会慢慢凝固小颗粒的水珠,出现结露现象。结露现象到一定程度就会形成水珠,如果路灯内的水珠不能蒸发或散发出去,会造成电路板短路、LED器件发光效率降低等不良现象,严重影响路灯的正常工作和道路照明。因此,结露现象会缩短路灯的实用寿命,会增加终端用户的使用成本,如果路灯电路板出现短路现象,甚至会影响整个电网的正常工作。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种灯具内部不会因温度差形成结露现象的可防止结露的LED路灯。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案为:可防止结露的LED路灯,包括带有散热片的灯具外壳,所述的灯具外壳内设有PCB板,所述的PCB板外表面设有辐射散热降温涂料层,PCB板的一面贴在灯具外壳内面,PCB板的另一面上设有若干个LED灯。
由于采用了上述的结构,辐射散热降温涂料层的耐温幅度在-50--450℃,涂料能够以8-13.5μm红外波长向灯具外壳定向式散热降温,快速降低PCB板温度。通过辐射散热降温涂料层把PCB板和灯具外壳紧紧贴在一起,可增强他们之间的辐射散热能力,由PCB板把热导引至灯具外壳。由于LED灯的底座散热金属部分紧贴PCB板,所以LED灯本体温度会快速下降,从而达到降温隔热的效果。本实用新型正常工作时路灯的灯具内的温度始终与路灯外壳本体温度处于热平衡状态,这样就不会形成“结露”,既延长了灯具的使用寿命,又降低了灯具的成本和减轻了灯具的重量。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型所述的可防止结露的LED路灯,包括带有散热片的灯具外壳1,所述的灯具外壳1内设有PCB板2,所述的PCB板2外表面设有辐射散热降温涂料层3,辐射散热降温涂料层3为“ZS-411”辐射散热降温涂料,该涂料具有很好的防腐性,有良好的附着力、柔韧性、强度、硬度、抗冲击、耐磨性,涂料涂刷后有很好的自洁性,无物质沉积的优点。涂料的耐侯性也非常好,可以在室外长期稳定工作。PCB板2的一面贴在灯具外壳1内面,PCB板2的另一面上设有若干个LED灯4,LED灯4的底座散热金属部分紧贴PCB板2(铝基板)。
辐射散热降温涂料层3的耐温幅度在-50--450℃,涂料能够以8-13.5μm红外波长向灯具外壳1定向式散热降温,快速降低PCB板2(铝基板)温度。通过辐射散热降温涂料层3把PCB板2(铝基板)和灯具外壳1紧紧贴在一起,可增强他们之间的辐射散热能力,由PCB板2(铝基板)把热导引至灯具外壳1。由于LED灯4的底座散热金属部分紧贴PCB板2(铝基板),所以LED灯4本体温度会快速下降,从而达到降温隔热的效果。本实用新型正常工作时路灯的灯具内的温度始终与路灯外壳本体温度处于热平衡状态,这样就不会形成“结露”,既延长了灯具的使用寿命,又降低了灯具的成本和减轻了灯具的重量。

1.一种可防止结露的LED路灯,其特征在于:包括带有散热片的灯具外壳(1),所述的灯具外壳(1)内设有PCB板(2),所述的PCB板(2)外表面设有辐射散热降温涂料层(3),PCB板(2)的一面贴在灯具外壳(1)内面,PCB板(2)的另一面上设有若干个LED灯(4)。
