Description
Claims (15)
- 後壁、当該後壁から延在する左側壁、右側壁、上側壁、及び下側壁を備える蒸発器皿と、
前記蒸発器皿内に配置された凍結プレートと、
左側壁、右側壁、上側壁、及び下側壁とは反対側の前記蒸発器皿の前記後壁に熱的に結合された蛇行管と、
前記蛇行管を概ね覆うように前記蛇行管の上に形成された第1断熱層と、
前記第1断熱層の上に形成された第2断熱層と、
ハウジング後壁、当該ハウジング後壁から延在するハウジング左側壁、ハウジング右側壁、ハウジング上側壁、及びハウジング下側壁を有する蒸発器ハウジングと、
を備え、
前記蒸発器ハウジングは、前記蒸発器皿に取り付けられ、前記蛇行管と前記第1断熱層と前記第2断熱層とを覆い、
前記第1断熱層は、前記蛇行管の形状に実質的に一致するモールド内で硬化して、水を通さない一体的な断熱層を形成する、液体状の断熱材を有し、前記一体的な断熱層は、水が漏れる継ぎ目を有さない、
製氷機用の蒸発器アセンブリ。 - 前記蒸発器皿と前記蒸発器ハウジングとは、キャビティを形成し、
前記キャビティは、前記第2断熱層で充填されている、
請求項1に記載の蒸発器アセンブリ。 - 前記第1断熱層は、液体状で前記蛇行管の上に注入され、固体状に硬化する、請求項1に記載の蒸発器アセンブリ。
- 前記第1断熱層は、マスチック断熱材を有している、請求項1に記載の蒸発器アセンブリ。
- 前記蒸発器皿の背面は、メッキされていない、請求項1に記載の蒸発器アセンブリ。
- 前記ハウジング後壁は、超音波溶接によって、前記ハウジング左側壁、前記ハウジング右側壁、前記ハウジング上側壁、及び前記ハウジング下側壁に取り付けられている、請求項1に記載の蒸発器アセンブリ。
- 前記ハウジング後壁は、当該ハウジング後壁を前記ハウジング左側壁、前記ハウジング右側壁、前記ハウジング上側壁、及び前記ハウジング下側壁にシールするように前記超音波溶接中に溶融する隆起縁部を有する、請求項6に記載の蒸発器アセンブリ。
- 製氷機用の蒸発器アセンブリであって、
後壁、当該後壁から延在する左側壁、右側壁、上側壁、及び下側壁を備える蒸発器皿と、
前記蒸発器皿内に配置された凍結プレートと、
前記左側壁、前記右側壁、前記上側壁、及び前記下側壁とは反対側の前記蒸発器皿の前記後壁に熱的に結合された蛇行管と、
前記蛇行管上に形成された第1断熱層と、
前記蒸発器皿に取り付けられ、前記蛇行管及び前記第1断熱層を覆い、超音波溶接によって形成された蒸発器ハウジングと、
を備え、
前記蒸発器ハウジングは、
それぞれ溝を有する、ハウジング左側壁、ハウジング右側壁、ハウジング上側壁、及びハウジング下側壁と、
前記ハウジング左側壁、前記ハウジング右側壁、前記ハウジング上側壁、及び前記ハウジング下側壁の各溝に収容されるハウジング後壁と、
を備え、
前記ハウジング後壁は、当該ハウジング後壁を前記ハウジング左側壁、前記ハウジング右側壁、前記ハウジング上側壁、及び前記ハウジング下側壁の各溝内で静止し、前記超音波溶接中に溶融して前記蒸発器皿と前記蒸発器ハウジングとを一体的にシールする隆起縁部を有する、
蒸発器アセンブリ。 - 前記蒸発器皿と前記蒸発器ハウジングとは、キャビティを形成し、
前記キャビティは、前記第1断熱層の上に形成された第2断熱層で充填されている、
請求項8に記載の蒸発器アセンブリ。 - 後壁、当該後壁から延在する左側壁、右側壁、上側壁、及び下側壁を備える蒸発器皿を形成する工程と、
前記蒸発器皿内に凍結プレートを形成して配置する工程と、
蛇行管が左側壁、右側壁、上側壁、及び下側壁とは反対側の前記蒸発器皿の前記後壁に熱的に結合されるように、前記蒸発器皿の後壁に前記蒸発器皿を熱的に冷却する蛇行管を取り付ける工程と、
前記蛇行管を実質的に覆うように、前記蛇行管の上に液体状の第1断熱層を注入する工程と、
ハウジング後壁、当該ハウジング後壁から延在するハウジング左側壁、ハウジング右側壁、ハウジング上側壁、及びハウジング下側壁を有する蒸発器ハウジングを形成する工程と、
前記第1断熱層が実質的に固体状に硬化するまで待機する工程と、
前記蒸発器ハウジングを前記蒸発器皿に取り付け、前記ハウジング後壁と、前記ハウジング左側壁、前記ハウジング右側壁、前記ハウジング上側壁、及び前記ハウジング下側壁とが前記蛇行管を囲むキャビティを形成する工程と、
前記蒸発器ハウジングのキャビティ内に第2断熱層を追加する工程と、
を含み、
前記第1断熱層は、前記蛇行管の形状に実質的に一致するモールド内で硬化して、水を通さない一体的な断熱層を形成する、液体状の断熱材を有し、前記一体的な断熱層は、水が漏れる継ぎ目を有さない、
製氷機用の蒸発器アセンブリを形成する方法。 - 前記蒸発器ハウジングは、前記第2断熱層が前記蒸発器ハウジングの前記キャビティに追加されるように通過する、1以上の穴を更に有する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第2断熱層は、前記蒸発器ハウジングの1以上の穴を通じてポリウレタン混合物を吹き込むことによって追加される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記蒸発器皿の背面は、メッキされていない、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記ハウジング後壁を、前記ハウジング左側壁、前記ハウジング右側壁、前記ハウジング上側壁、及び前記ハウジング下側壁に超音波溶接する工程を更に含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記ハウジング後壁は、前記超音波溶接中に溶融して前記ハウジング後壁を前記ハウジング左側壁、前記ハウジング右側壁、前記ハウジング上側壁、及び前記ハウジング下側壁にシールする隆起縁部を有する、請求項14に記載の方法。
