Description
Claims (6)
- 液晶材料を貯蔵可能な液晶材料貯蔵容器の製造方法であって、
前記液晶材料貯蔵容器は、
上部に開口部を有しかつ底部の一部に下方に向けて窪む凹部を有する容器本体と、
前記容器本体の前記開口部を開閉可能とする蓋部と、
前記容器本体を下方から支持する脚部と
を有し、
前記容器本体を、上下端が開口端とされた円筒状の中央部と、前記開口部を含む上端部と、前記底部を含む下端部とのパーツに分けて形成する工程と、
前記中央部の上端に前記上端部を接合し、前記中央部の下端に前記下端部を接合する工程と、
前記容器本体への蓋部の取付けを行う工程と
を有し、
前記中央部の上端に前記上端部を接合し、前記中央部の下端に前記下端部を接合する工程の後に、
前記容器本体に対して前記脚部を接合する工程を有する
液晶材料貯蔵容器の製造方法。 - 前記中央部と前記下端部との接合箇所を避けて、前記脚部を前記容器本体に接合する請求項1記載の液晶材料貯蔵容器の製造方法。
- 前記脚部が、側方から前記凹部の全周を囲むと共に前記容器本体の前記底部の外壁面から前記凹部の下端よりも下方に延在する囲壁とされ、
前記脚部を前記容器本体に接合する際に、前記脚部と前記容器本体とによって囲まれた空間に不活性ガスを封入する
請求項1または2記載の液晶材料貯蔵容器の製造方法。 - 平面視にて、前記容器本体の前記底部が円形であり、前記凹部が底部の中央に配置されている請求項1~3いずれか一項の液晶材料貯蔵容器の製造方法。
- 前記容器本体の前記底部の上面が前記凹部に向かうに連れて下降する傾斜面とされている請求項1~4いずれか一項の液晶材料貯蔵容器の製造方法。
- 前記容器本体は、チタンを主成分とする素材により形成されている請求項1~5いずれか一項に記載の液晶材料貯蔵容器の製造方法。
