Claims (4)
- それぞれ少なくとも1つのポールシャフト(3)と少なくとも1つのポールシュー(4)とを有している複数の互いに接触している個別歯層板(1a)から成る個別歯パケット(1)から構成されたリング状層板パケットの製造方法であって、隣接しあっている前記個別歯パケット(1)がその前記ポールシュー(4)の端面(5,8)でもって互いに接触し、前記個別歯パケット(1)の間に少なくとも部分的に接着剤が挿入される前記製造方法において、
前記個別歯パケット(1)の間にそれぞれ継ぎ合わせ隙間(11)を形成させ、コイル巻きを施す前の前記リング状層板パケット(2)の搬送のために、前記接着剤を、前記継ぎ合わせ隙間(11)の領域において、コイル巻きを施す前の前記リング状層板パケット(2)の少なくとも1つの端面(10,12)に塗布して、前記接着剤を毛細管作用によって前記継ぎ合わせ隙間(11)に浸透させることで、一方では搬送の間に前記個別歯パケット(1)を保持させ、他方では搬送後に前記個別歯パケット(1)を手の力を利用して互いに切り離した後で該個別歯パケット(1)にコイル巻きを施して、コイル巻きを施した前記リング状層板パケット(2)を再び組み立てることを特徴とする前記製造方法。 - コイル巻きを施す前の前記リング状層板パケット(2)の搬送のために、前記接着剤を滴状形態で塗布することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記個別歯層板(1a)を形成するため、押し抜き工具で、まず前記個別歯パケット(1)を形成する複数の隣接しあっている前記個別歯層板(1a)の間に分離個所を形成し、更なるステップで前記個別歯層板(1a)を薄帯板から押し抜くことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の製造方法。
- 円形配置の状態にある前記個別歯層板(1a)が前記リング状層板パケット(2)の平面を形成し、前記個別歯層板(1a)を、前記押し抜き工具で押し抜いた後、一連の押し抜き工程の雌型内で互いに結合させて前記リング状層板パケット(2)を形成させること、次に前記接着剤を塗布することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の製造方法。
