Claims (8)
- 光透過部を含む筐体と、
前記筐体に設けられた凹部によって保持され、前記筐体内において前記光透過部側に向いた凹状の光電面を含む電子放出部と、
前記筐体内において前記光透過部と前記光電面との間に配置された電子捕捉部と、を備え、
前記電子捕捉部の少なくとも一部は、前記光電面の内側の領域内に位置している、光電管。 - 前記光電面は、底面と、側面と、を含み、
前記側面は、前記底面から離れるほど傾きが増加するように湾曲している、請求項1に記載の光電管。 - 前記光電面は、前記光透過部側から見た場合に円形状を呈している、請求項1又は2に記載の光電管。
- 前記電子捕捉部は、板状の部材であり、前記光透過部側から見た場合に前記筐体内の領域を分割するように配置されている、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の光電管。
- 前記筐体は、前記凹部を有する本体部を更に含み、
前記光透過部は、前記凹部の開口を塞ぐように前記本体部に取り付けられており、
前記電子放出部及び前記電子捕捉部は、前記本体部によって支持されている、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の光電管。 - 前記電子放出部は、前記凹部の内面に配置されており、
前記電子捕捉部は、前記凹部の開口縁に掛け渡されている、請求項5に記載の光電管。 - 前記電子捕捉部に電気的に接続された導電部を更に備え、
前記導電部の一部及び前記電子放出部の一部は、前記本体部における前記光透過部とは反対側の表面において外部に露出している、請求項5又は6に記載の光電管。 - 前記筐体内において前記光電面と向かい合うように前記光透過部に沿って配置され、光を通過させるように構成された導電層を更に備える、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の光電管。
