Description
図1~図3を用いて、風車のブレードのメンテナンスを行うための装置100が風車10のブレード11のメンテナンスを行う様子を説明する。図1A、図2A、図3Aでは、風車10の正面が示され、図1B、図2B、図3Bでは、風車10の右側面が示されている。図1B、図2B、図3Bでは、メンテナンス対象のブレード11のみを示し、他の2枚のブレード12、13は省略している。図1A、図2A、図3Aに示される風車は、図面上時計回りに回転する風車であり、各ブレードの直線状の縁がリーディングエッジ(前縁)となる。
図4Aは、風車のブレードのメンテナンスを行うための装置100の構成の一例を示す。
図7は、風車のブレードのメンテナンスを行うための装置100を用いて、風車のブレードのメンテナンスを行う方法の手順の一例を示す。
図9A、図9B、および図9Cは、風車のブレードのメンテナンスを行うための装置100の代替実施形態である装置1000の外観の一例を示す。図9Aは、装置1000の平面側斜視図であり、図9Bは、装置1000の底面側斜視図であり、図9Cは、装置1000の正面図である。以下の説明のために、図9Aにおいて、装置1000の長手方向をx軸とし、装置1000の横断方向をy軸とし、x軸およびy軸に垂直な方向をz軸とする。

Claims (4)
- 風車のブレードのメンテナンスを行う方法であって、
風車のブレードを鉛直方向下向きに延びるように位置付けることであって、これにより、前記ブレードのリーディングエッジは、前記鉛直方向に対して傾斜する、ことと、
前記ブレード上に少なくとも1本のロープを張ることと、
風車のメンテナンスを行う装置を前記リーディングエッジ上に取り付けることであって、前記装置には、前記少なくとも1本のロープが接続されており、前記装置は、前記ブレードに取り付くための取付手段を備え、前記取付手段は、前記リーディングエッジ上の前記装置の本体から前記ブレードの第1の側に延びる少なくとも1つの第1のフレームと、前記本体から前記ブレードの第2の側に延びる少なくとも1つの第2のフレームとを備え、前記少なくとも1つの第1のフレームは、前記第1の側から前記ブレードに押し付けられるように付勢されており、前記少なくとも1つの第2のフレームは、前記第2の側から前記ブレードに押し付けられるように付勢されており、前記装置は、前記少なくとも1つの第1のフレームを前記第1の側から前記ブレードに押し付けかつ前記少なくとも1つの第2のフレームを前記第2の側から前記ブレードに押し付けることによって前記リーディングエッジ上に取り付く、ことと、
前記装置に働く重力によって前記装置が前記リーディングエッジに押し付けられながら、前記装置が前記リーディングエッジ上を前記少なくとも1本のロープが張られた方向に移動することと、
前記装置が前記少なくとも1本のロープが張られた方向に移動している間に、前記装置が前記ブレードのメンテナンスを行うことと
を含む方法。 - 前記装置は、前記ブレードを洗浄する洗浄手段を備え、
前記ブレードのメンテナンスを行うことは、前記ブレードを洗浄することを含み、
前記ブレードを洗浄することは、前記装置に働く重力によって前記装置が前記リーディングエッジに押し付けられながら、前記装置が前記少なくとも1本のロープが張られた方向に移動している間に、前記装置が前記洗浄手段を前記ブレードに押し付けることを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記装置は、前記ブレードを研磨する研磨手段を備え、
前記ブレードのメンテナンスを行うことは、前記ブレードを研磨することを含み、
前記ブレードを研磨することは、前記装置に働く重力によって前記装置が前記リーディングエッジに押し付けられながら、前記装置が前記少なくとも1本のロープが張られた方向に移動している間に、前記装置が前記研磨手段を前記ブレードに押し付けることを含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記リーディングエッジは、前記鉛直方向に対して約5度傾斜している、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
