Description
選択的レーザー焼結という方法は、例えばUS6136948及びWO96/06881から、それ自体当業者に既知である。

本発明によれば、焼結粉末(SP)は、少なくとも1種のポリアミド、及び焼結粉末(SP)の全質量に基づき、10質量%~50質量%の範囲の少なくとも1種のアルミノシリケートを含む。
i) 少なくとも1種のポリアミド(P)を、少なくとも1種のアルミノシリケート及び任意に少なくとも1種の添加剤(A)と混合し、その少なくとも1種のアルミノシリケートが2.5~4.5μmのD50を有し、少なくとも1種のポリアミド(P)、少なくとも1種のアルミノシリケート及び任意に少なくとも1種のさらなる添加剤(A)を含む混合物を得る工程であって、その少なくとも1種のアルミノシリケートが2.5~4.5μmの範囲のD50を有する工程、
ii) 工程i)で得られた混合物を粉砕して焼結粉末(SP)を得る工程
を含む。

本発明の成形体は、以下にさらに説明する選択的レーザー焼結という方法によって得られる。選択的暴露においてレーザーによって溶融した焼結粉末(SP)は、暴露後に再凝固し、それによって本発明の成形体を形成する。成形体は、凝固直後に粉末床から除去することができる。同様に、成形体を最初に冷却してから、その後にその成形体を粉末床から除去することが可能である。未溶融の付着した粒子は、既知の方式によって表面から除去することができる。成形体の表面処理方式には、例えば、振動粉砕又はバレル研磨、及びまたサンドブラスト、ガラスビーズブラスト又はマイクロビーズブラストが含まれる。

焼結粉末(C1、I2、C3及びI4)の製造
焼結粉末の製造のために、表1に明記する成分を、表1に明記する比率で、速度200rpm、バレル温度240℃及び50kg/hのスループットで二軸スクリュー押出機(ZSK40)において配合し、その後続いて押出成形でペレット化した。このようにして得たペレット化材料を極低温粉砕に付して焼結粉末を得た。
焼結粉末C1及びI2を、引張試験片の作製に使用した。焼結粉末を、0.12mmの層厚さでキャビティ中に表2に明記する温度で導入した。その後続いて焼結粉末を、表2に明記するレーザーパワー出力と明記するポイント間隔で、暴露中の試料上のレーザー速度が5080mm/sのレーザーに暴露した。ポイント間隔は、レーザー間隔又はレーン間隔としても知られている。選択的レーザー焼結は、典型的には、縞状の走査を含む。ポイント間隔は、縞の中心間の距離、すなわち2つの縞のレーザービームの2つの中心間の距離を示す。
焼結粉末C3及びI4の熱酸化安定性を決定した。焼結粉末の熱酸化安定性を決定するために、新たに製造した焼結粉末の、並びに酸素0.5%及び195℃で16時間オーブン老化させた後の焼結粉末の粘度を決定した。保存後の粘度の保存前の粘度に対する比率を決定した。粘度は、回転レオロジーを用いて、240℃の温度で0.5rad/sの測定周波数で測定する。さらに、焼結窓Wを決定した。結果を表3に示す。
焼結粉末の製造のために、表5に明記する成分を、表5に明記する比率で、速度300rpm(分毎の回転数)及び10kg/hのスループットで270℃の温度で、又は(P4)を含む配合物については245℃の温度で、二軸スクリュー押出機(MC26)において配合し、その後続いて押出成形でペレット化した。このようにして得たペレット化材料を、20~100μmの粒子径に極低温粉砕した。粉砕後、粉末を約0.5%の水含量(Brabender Messtechnik社製Aquatrac 3E、測定温度160℃、試料量3~5g)に乾燥させ、0.4質量%の自由流動助剤(Al2O3;Aeroxide(登録商標)Alu C、Evoxik社製)と混合した。
焼結粉末C5、I5、I6、I7、C8、I9及びI10を、引張試験片の作製に使用した。
Claims (13)
- 焼結粉末(SP)の選択的レーザー焼結によって成形体を製造する方法であって、前記焼結粉末(SP)が、少なくとも1種のポリアミド(P)、及び前記焼結粉末(SP)の全質量に基づき5質量%~50質量%の範囲の少なくとも1種のアルミノシリケートを含み、前記少なくとも1種のアルミノシリケートが2.5~4.5μmの範囲のD50を有し、且つD50値がレーザー回析によって決定され、且つ前記少なくとも1種のアルミノシリケートがカオリンである方法。
- 前記少なくとも1種のポリアミド(P)が、PA4、PA6、PA7、PA8、PA9、PA11、PA12、PA46、PA66、PA69、PA610、PA612、PA613、PA1212、PA1313、PA6T、PA MXD6、PA6l、PA6-3-T、PA6/6T、PA6/66、PA66/6、PA6/12、PA66/6/610、PA6l/6T、PA PACM12、PA6l/6T/PACM、PA12/MACMI、PA12/MACMT、PA PDA-T及び上記ポリアミドの2種以上から構成されるコポリアミドからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載の方法。

- 前記少なくとも1種のアルミノシリケートがアミノ官能化されている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記焼結粉末(SP)が、前記焼結粉末(SP)の全質量に基づき0.1質量%~10質量%の範囲の少なくとも1種の添加剤(A)をさらに含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1種の添加剤(A)が、抗核形成剤、安定剤、末端基官能化剤及び染料からなる群から選択される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1種のポリアミド(P)が前記少なくとも1種のアルミノシリケートを含み、前記ポリアミド(P)が連続相を形成し、前記少なくとも1種のアルミノシリケートが分散相を形成し、且つ前記少なくとも1種のアルミノシリケートが2.5~4.5μmの範囲のD50を有する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 焼結粉末(SP)を製造する方法であって、以下の工程:
i) 少なくとも1種のポリアミド(P)を、少なくとも1種のアルミノシリケート及び任意に少なくとも1種の添加剤(A)と混合し、前記少なくとも1種のアルミノシリケートが2.5~4.5μmのD50を有し、少なくとも1種のポリアミド(P)、少なくとも1種のアルミノシリケート及び任意に少なくとも1種のさらなる添加剤(A)を含む混合物を得る工程であって、前記少なくとも1種のアルミノシリケートが2.5~4.5μmの範囲のD50を有する工程、
ii) 工程i)で得られた前記混合物を粉砕し、焼結粉末(SP)を得る工程、
を含む方法。 - 工程ii)が以下の工程:
iia) 工程i)で得られた前記混合物を粉砕してポリアミド粉末を得る工程、
iib) 工程iia)で得られた前記ポリアミド粉末を自由流動助剤と混合して前記焼結粉末(SP)を得る工程、
を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。 - 焼結粉末(SP)であって、前記焼結粉末(SP)が少なくとも1種のポリアミド(P)、及び前記焼結粉末(SP)の全質量に基づき10質量%~50質量%の範囲の少なくとも1種のアルミノシリケートを含み、前記少なくとも1種のアルミノシリケートが2.5~4.5μmの範囲のD50を有し、前記少なくとも1種のポリアミド(P)が前記少なくとも1種のアルミノシリケートを含み、且つ前記少なくとも1種のポリアミド(P)が連続相を形成し、前記少なくとも1種のアルミノシリケートが分散相を形成する、焼結粉末(SP)。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得ることができる成形体。
