Description
実施例1〜4では、化粧料に配合する鱗片状ガラスをEガラスまたはボロンフリーガラスによって作製した。具体的には、表2に示す組成の1型ガラスまたは2型ガラスを用いて、実施例1〜4の鱗片状ガラスを作製した。
平均厚さと粒径分布指数を異ならせた以外は実施例1と同じにして、比較例1の鱗片状ガラスを作製した。比較例1の鱗片状ガラスについてのガラス組成、平均厚さおよび粒径分布指数は、表3に示すとおりである。
ガラス組成として表2の3型ガラスを用い、平均厚さと粒径分布指数を異ならせた以外は実施例1と同じにして、比較例2の鱗片状ガラスを作製した。比較例2の鱗片状ガラスについてのガラス組成、平均厚さおよび粒径分布指数は、表3に示すとおりである。
比較例3として、市販されている化粧品用天然マイカ(製品名「Y−2400」(株式会社山口雲母社製))を用いた。比較例3で用いた天然マイカの粒径分布指数は、表3に示すとおりである。
比較例4として、市販されている合成マイカ(製品名「PDM−9WA」(トピー工業株式会社製))を用いた。比較例4で用いた合成マイカの粒径分布指数は、表3に示すとおりである。
化粧料としての評価を行うため、実施例1〜4または比較例1〜4の試料を体質顔料として用いて、下記の表4に示す各成分によりパウダーファンデーションを作製した。実施例1〜4の各鱗片状ガラスを用いたパウダーファンデーションを実施例5〜8とし、比較例1〜4の各鱗片状ガラスを用いたパウダーファンデーションを比較例5〜8とした。
Claims (4)
- 鱗片状ガラスが配合された化粧料であって、
前記鱗片状ガラスに組成成分として含有される二酸化珪素が52質量%以上、アルカリ金属酸化物が5質量%以下であり、
前記鱗片状ガラスにおいて、平均厚さが0.1〜1.0μm、平均粒径が1〜100μm、かつ、前記平均粒径を前記平均厚さで除することによって得られる平均アスペクト比が10以上であり、
前記鱗片状ガラスの粒度分布において、粒径が小さい側からの質量累積が10%に相当する粒径をD10、粒径が小さい側からの質量累積が90%に相当する粒径をD90とする場合に、D90をD10で除することによって得られる粒径分布指数が5.0以下であり、
前記鱗片状ガラスは、体質顔料として前記化粧料に配合されるものであり、かつ、その表面が他の材料からなる膜で被覆されていない状態で、または、その表面の少なくとも一部が直接に疎水化剤によって被覆されている状態で前記化粧料に配合されている、
化粧料。 - 前記粒径分布指数が4.0以下である、請求項1に記載の化粧料。
- 前記鱗片状ガラスに組成成分として含有されるアルカリ金属酸化物が3質量%以下である、請求項1に記載の化粧料。
- 前記鱗片状ガラスの配合量が、体質顔料全体に対して5〜80質量%である、請求項1に記載の化粧料。
