Description
ポリメチレンポリフェニルポリイソシアネートとMDIとの混合物(東ソー株式会社製「ミリオネート MR-200」)50質量部と、4,4’-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート50質量部と、ヒドロキシエチルメタクリレート66質量部と、ビスフェノールAのEO付加物(三洋化成株式会社製「ニューポールBPE-20」、水酸基当量;204g/eq)31質量部と、フェノキシエチルメタアクリレート40質量部と、重合開始剤(化薬アクゾ株式会社製「トリゴノックス122-C80」、有機過酸化物)3質量部とを混合し、熱硬化性樹脂組成物を得た。
上記で得られた熱硬化性樹脂組成物を、プリプレグ製造装置を用いて、炭素繊維(東レ株式会社製「T700SC」)に炭素繊維の目付け量100g/m2に対し、体積含有率50%となるように含浸させ、熱硬化性プリプレグ(1)を得た。この熱硬化性プリプレグ(1)の厚さは0.15mmであった。
製造例1で得た熱硬化性プリプレグ(1)を長さ1.5m×幅58mmで4枚積層し、60mmの幅に三つ折りした50μm厚のPET巻きもの12m長に挿入し、加熱加圧ブロック30cmのダブルベルトプレス機に送り速度0.1m/分、ベルト温度160℃、圧力0.8MPaで3分間加熱加圧成形することにより、10m長の長尺の成形品(1)を得た。
製造例1で得た熱硬化性プリプレグ(1)を長さ1.5m×幅58mmで4枚積層し、60mmの幅に三つ折りした50μm厚のPET巻きもの12m長に挿入し、加熱加圧ブロック30cmのダブルベルトプレス機に送り速度0.6m/分、ベルト温度190℃、圧力0.3MPaで0.5分間加熱加圧成形することにより、10m長の長尺の成形品(2)を得た。
製造例1で得た熱硬化性プリプレグ(1)を長さ1.5m×幅50mmで4枚積層し、60mmの幅に三つ折りした50μm厚のPET巻きもの12m長に挿入し、加熱加圧ブロック30cmのダブルベルトプレス機に送り速度0.1m/分、ベルト温度160℃、圧力0.8MPaで3分間加熱加圧成形することにより、10m長の長尺の成形品(3)を得た。
製造例1で得た熱硬化性プリプレグ(1)を長さ1.5m×幅40mmで4枚積層し、60mmの幅に三つ折りした50μm厚のPET巻きもの12m長に挿入し、加熱加圧ブロック30cmのダブルベルトプレス機に送り速度0.1m/分、ベルト温度160℃、圧力0.8MPaで3分間加熱加圧成形することにより、10m長の長尺の成形品(4)を得た。
製造例1で得た熱硬化性プリプレグ(1)を長さ1.5m×幅58mmで4枚積層し、上下を50μm厚の離形PETフィルム12m長で挟み、加熱加圧ブロック30cmのダブルベルトプレス機に送り速度0.1m/分、ベルト温度160℃、圧力0.8MPaで3分間加熱加圧成形することにより、10m長の長尺の成形品(R1)を得た。
製造例1で得た熱硬化性プリプレグ(1)を長さ1.5m×幅58mmで4枚積層し、上下を50μm厚の離形PETフィルム12m長で挟み、左右をシリコンゴムシートで幅を60mmに規制し、加熱加圧ブロック30cmのダブルベルトプレス機に送り速度0.1m/分、ベルト温度160℃、圧力0.8MPaで3分間加熱加圧成形することにより、10m長の長尺の成形品(R2)を得た。
上記で得られた成形品の成形性(バリ)を、下記の基準に従い評価した。
○:バリ無し
×:バリ有り
得られた成形品の成形性(幅)を下記の基準に従い評価した。
○:目標とする成形幅(60mm)±2mm未満
×:目標とする成形幅(60mm)±2mm以上
得られた成形品の成形性(繊維のヨレ)を下記の基準に従い評価した。
○:繊維のヨレ無し
△:繊維のヨレ一部有り
×:繊維のヨレ有り
2:離形フィルム
3:離形フィルムの封止部
D1:熱硬化性プリプレグの幅
D2:離形フィルムの幅
Claims (4)
- 熱硬化性プリプレグをダブルベルトプレス成形することにより得られる成形品の製造方法であって、成形時に、前記熱硬化性プリプレグの進行方向から見て上下左右の面が離形フィルムにより被覆されており、前記熱硬化性プリプレグの幅が前記離形フィルムの幅より1~25mm小さいことを特徴とする成形品の製造方法。但し、前記熱硬化性プリプレグの幅及び前記離形フィルムの幅は、ダブルベルトプレス成形における進行方法から見た際の左右方向の長さであり、前記離形フィルムの幅は、封止や折り込みにより、包まれた範囲の長さである。
- 前記離形フィルムの熱変形温度(18.5kg/cm2)が60℃以上である請求項1記載の成形品の製造方法。
- 前記ダブルベルトプレス成形のプレス圧力が、0.1~2MPaである請求項1又は2記載の成形品の製造方法。
- 前記ダブルベルトプレス成形のプレス温度が80~220℃である請求項1~3いずれか1項記載の成形品の製造方法。
