Description
[関係式1][C]+[Mn]/20+[Si]/30+2[P]+4[S]≧≧0.3
(ここで、[C]、[Mn]、[Si]、[P]及び[S]はそれぞれ、該当元素の含量(重量%)を意味する)
重量%で、C:0.16%、Si:1.43%、Mn:2.56%、Al:0.04%、P:0.006%、S:0.0029%、残部Fe及び不可避不純物を含む、厚さ1.4mmの自動車用高強度冷延鋼板を準備し、図7の装置(真空度3.2×10−3mbar)を用いて下記表1に示す組成の多層めっき層を有する多層亜鉛合金めっき鋼材を製造した。すべての例において、各層のめっき層は別途の真空チャンバー内で別途の工程を介して得られ、各層のめっき層を形成する際に、一対の電磁コイルに印加される電流は1.2kA、一対の電磁コイルに印加される周波数は、蒸着物質2kgを基準に60kHz、浮揚したコーティング物質の温度は1000℃、蒸気分配ボックスの温度は900℃と、一定にした。また、各層のめっき層の蒸着前後の素地鉄の温度は60℃に維持した。
1.非常に優秀:すべての試験片でタイプBクラックが発生していない場合
2.優秀:一部もしくはすべての試験片でタイプBクラックが発生し、タイプBクラックの平均長さが素地鉄(冷延鋼板)の厚さの0.1倍以下である場合
3.通常:一部もしくはすべての試験片でタイプBクラックが発生し、タイプBクラックの平均長さが素地鉄(冷延鋼板)の厚さの0.1倍超過0.2倍以下である場合
4.不良:一部もしくはすべての試験片でタイプBクラックが発生し、タイプBクラックの平均長さが素地鉄(冷延鋼板)の厚さの0.2倍を超える場合
1.優秀:片面付着量60g/m2の亜鉛めっき鋼板(GI鋼板)に比べて赤錆の発生時間が2倍以上長い場合
2.普通:片面付着量60g/m2の亜鉛めっき鋼板(GI鋼板)に比べて赤錆の発生時間が同等レベルであるか、または2倍未満長い場合
3.不良:片面付着量60g/m2の亜鉛めっき鋼板(GI鋼板)に比べて赤錆の発生時間が短い場合
1.優秀:剥離の幅が6.0mm以下の場合
2.通常:剥離の幅が6.0mmを超過8.0mm以下の場合
3.不良:剥離の幅が8.0mmを超える場合
1.良好:リン酸皮膜が均一に形成
2.不良:リン酸皮膜が不均一に形成

Claims (8)
- 素地鉄と、前記素地鉄上に形成された多層のめっき層とを含み、
前記多層のめっき層の総重量に対する前記多層のめっき層に含有されたMg重量の比は、0.13〜0.24であり、
前記多層のめっき層をなす各めっき層は、Zn単相、Mg単相及びZn−Mg合金相のうち1つ以上の相を含み、隣接する他のめっき層とは含む相の構成が異なり、
前記多層のめっき層は、前記素地鉄上に形成された第1めっき層及び前記第1めっき層上に形成された第2めっき層からなり、前記第1めっき層は、Zn単相またはZn単相とZn−Mg合金相からなり、めっき層中のMg含量が7重量%以下であることができ、前記第2めっき層はZn−Mg合金相からなり、
前記多層のめっき層をなす結晶粒の平均粒径は、100nm以下(0nmは除く)である、多層亜鉛合金めっき鋼材。 - 前記第1及び第2めっき層の付着量の合計は、40g/m2以下(0g/m2は除く)であり、前記第1めっき層の付着量は、3g/m2以上である、請求項1に記載の多層亜鉛合金めっき鋼材。
- 前記第1めっき層は、Zn−Mg合金めっき層であり、Zn単相及びMg2Zn11合金相の複合相からなる、請求項1又は2に記載の多層亜鉛合金めっき鋼材。
- 前記第1めっき層は、Zn単相を20面積%以上含む、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の多層亜鉛合金めっき鋼材。
- 素地鉄と、前記素地鉄上に形成された多層のめっき層とを含み、
前記多層のめっき層の総重量に対する前記多層のめっき層に含有されたMg重量の比は、0.13〜0.24であり、
前記多層のめっき層をなす各めっき層は、Zn単相、Mg単相及びZn−Mg合金相のうち1つ以上の相を含み、隣接する他のめっき層とは含む相の構成が異なり、
前記多層のめっき層は、前記素地鉄上に順次に形成された第1〜第3めっき層からなり、前記第1めっき層は、Zn単相またはZn単相とZn−Mg合金相からなり、めっき層中のMg含量が7重量%以下であり、前記第2めっき層は、Zn−Mg合金相からなり、前記第3めっき層は、Zn単相またはZn単相とZn−Mg合金相からなり、めっき層中のMg含量が2重量%以下である、多層亜鉛合金めっき鋼材。 - 前記第1〜第3めっき層の付着量の合計は、40g/m2以下(0g/m2は除く)であり、前記第1めっき層の付着量は、3g/m2以上であり、前記第3めっき層の付着量は、2g/m2以上である、請求項5に記載の多層亜鉛合金めっき鋼材。
- 前記第1めっき層は、Zn−Mg合金めっき層であり、Zn単相及びMg2Zn11合金相の複合相からなり、Zn単相を20面積%以上含む、請求項5又は6に記載の多層亜鉛合金めっき鋼材。
- 前記多層のめっき層をなす結晶粒の平均粒径は、100nm以下(0nmは除く)である、請求項5から7のいずれか1項に記載の多層亜鉛合金めっき鋼材。
