Claims (9)

前記第1のコンベアと前記第2のコンベアとの間に介在するデッドプレートと、
前記デッドプレートおよび前記第1のコンベアの上方に取り付けられ、前記デッドプレートと前記第1のコンベアの間で移動可能な前記ガラス容器を前記第1のコンベアから移送するための移送ヘッドを備え、
前記移送ヘッドは、前記第1のコンベア上の前記ガラス容器を一列に受け取り、列の前記ガラス容器を前記デッドプレート上に等しい間隔に配置するための、等しい間隔のポケットを有し、
前記デッドプレート上に移動可能に取り付けられた押出し棒は、前記移送ヘッドによって、前記デッドプレート上に配置した前記ガラス容器を、等間隔の関係で前記第2のコンベアに押す、ことを特徴とするガラス容器製造装置。 - 前記移送ヘッドの等間隔のポケットのそれぞれは、前記第1のコンベア上の前記ガラス容器を前記ポケットに引き込むための真空ポートを有し、それにより前記ガラス容器は、等間隔の関係で前記移送ヘッドによって保持される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス容器製造装置。

- 前記押出し棒と前記第2のコンベアに接続されたプログラムで制御できる制御装置を、さらに含み、
前記押出し棒が、前記第2のコンベアへの前記ガラス容器の押し出しと、前記第2のコンベア上の前記ガラス容器の等しい間隔を維持するための前記第2のコンベアの移動とを調整するように、前記第2のコンベアに接続された前記プログラムで制御できる制御装置を、さらに含む、ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のガラス容器製造装置。 - 前記押出し棒および前記デッドプレートが、前記第2のコンベアの片側に配置され、前記ガラス容器を前記デッドプレートから、前記第2のコンベア上の前記ガラス容器の列に、一方の側から押し込む、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のガラス容器製造装置。
- 前記プログラムで制御できる制御装置が、前記ガラス容器を前記第2のコンベアに押し出している間、前記第2のコンベアの動きを停止させる、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載のガラス容器製造装置。
