Claims (11)
- ガラス容器をパッケージに配置するための装置であって、
一連の前記ガラス容器を包装ステーションに搬送するためのコンベアと、
前記包装ステーションの前記コンベアに隣接して配置された第1シャトルと第2シャトルを有し、
前記第1シャトル及び前記第2シャトルは、前記包装ステーションの積載位置と荷下ろし位置の間で往復移動可能であり、前記第1シャトル及び前記第2シャトルは、前記積載位置で前記コンベアから対応する数の前記ガラス容器を受け取り、前記ガラス容器を前記荷下ろし位置に移動させるためのポケットを有し、
前記コンベア上の一連の前記ガラス容器を前記第1シャトル及び前記第2シャトルの前記ポケットに積載するように構成された前記積載位置にあるシャトルローダーと、
前記ガラス容器を受け取るための前記パッケージを支持するための、前記第1シャトル及び前記第2シャトルの前記荷下ろし位置に隣接するパッケージテーブルと、
前記第1シャトル及び前記第2シャトルの前記ポケットから前記パッケージテーブル上の前記パッケージに前記ガラス容器を移送するように構成された前記第1シャトル及び前記第2シャトルの前記荷下ろし位置にあるシャトルアンローダーと、
前記第1シャトルと前記第2シャトルに接続された制御されている駆動機構であり、前記積載位置と前記荷下ろし位置の間で前記第1シャトル及び前記第2シャトルを交互に移動させ、前記第1シャトル及び前記第2シャトルの一方が前記積載位置で前記ガラス容器を積載することができ、前記第1シャトル及び前記第2シャトルの他方が前記荷下ろし位置で荷下ろしされる、ことを特徴とするガラス容器を配置するための装置。 - 前記シャトルローダーは、前記コンベアから前記第1シャトルまたは前記第2シャトルのポケットに一度に1つずつ前記ガラス容器を移送するように構成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載されたガラス容器を配置するための装置。
- 前記シャトルローダーは、前記積載位置の固定位置に取り付けられ、前記コンベアと前記第1シャトル及び前記第2シャトルは、前記制御されている駆動機構によって制御され、前記ガラス容器と前記第1シャトルまたは前記第2シャトルのポケットを、同時に前記積載位置に配置し、前記ガラス容器を前記コンベアから前記第1シャトルまたは前記第2シャトルの前記ポケットに移送する、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のガラス容器を配置するための装置。

- 前記第1シャトルと前記第2シャトルのために制御されている駆動機構は、前記第1シャトルのための第1の駆動モーターと、前記第2シャトルのための第2の駆動モーターを含み、これらによって前記第1シャトルと前記第2シャトルは別々に駆動される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の個々のガラス容器を配置するための装置。
- 前記制御されている駆動機構は、プログラムされた制御装置に接続されており、前記コンベア、前記第1シャトル、前記第2シャトル、前記シャトルローダー、前記シャトルアンローダーの、夫々と、同期し、動作可能に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の個々のガラス容器を配置するための装置。
- 前記シャトルアンローダーは、各ガラス容器を前記パッケージテーブル上の前記パッケージ内に、それぞれ昇降させ、移送し、下降させるために、前記第1シャトルまたは前記第2シャトルのポケット内に、前記ガラス容器の上部で、前記各ガラス容器を係合させるように構成された移送ヘッドを含む、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の個々のガラス容器を配置するための装置。
- 前記移送ヘッドが、前記ガラス容器を上部で係合および解放するための真空ヘッドであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の個々のガラス容器を配置するための装置。
- 前記移送ヘッドが、前記パッケージテーブル上のセルパックのセルに前記ガラス容器を整列させるための傾斜ヘッドである、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の個々のガラス容器を配置するための装置。
- 前記パッケージテーブルは、前記ガラス容器を受け取るために複数の前記パッケージを支持するための回転可能なタレットを有する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の個々のガラス容器を配置するための装置。
