Description
以下、適宜、図面を参照して、本発明の具体的な実施形態を説明する。
ゲート孔4の形状は、上記実施形態に示したもの、つまり、上部4aがテーパー形状をなし、下部4bが直管状を成すものには限定されない。図6(A)に示すように、ゲート孔4は、上部4aが直管状をなし、下部4bがテーパー形状を成すものであっても良い。あるいは、図6(B)に示すように、ゲート孔4は、上部4aが直管状をなし、中間部4cがテーパー形状を成し、下部4bが直管状を成すものであっても良い。
上記実施形態と変形例においては、テーパー形状を成す部位と直管状をなす部位を備えて、カル9の落下を抑制する貫通孔の具体例としてゲート孔4を例示したが、かかる貫通孔はゲート孔4には限定されない。貫通孔は、図7に示すような積層鉄心本体2の磁石挿入孔2aに連通しないヌキ孔12であっても良い。なお、ヌキ孔12は、ゲート孔4と同様に、図4(A),(B)に示す押し出し治具8を使ってカル9を取り出す時に使用される。
上記実施形態と変形例においては、カルプレート1が単一の板状部材で構成される例を示したが、カルプレート1はこのようなものには限定されない。図8(A)に示すように、アッパープレート1aとロワープレート1bを重ね合わせて、カルプレート1を構成するようにしてもよい。なお、図8(B)に示すように、アッパープレート1aはゲート孔4の上部4a、つまりテーパー形状を成す部位を形成する板状部材であり、ロワープレート1bはゲート孔4の下部4b、つまり直管状を成す部位を形成する板状部材である。つまり、アッパープレート1aとロワープレート1bを重ね合わることによって、テーパー形状を成す部位とを直管状を成す部位を備えるゲート孔4が形成される。
図9(A)は本発明の実施形態の変形例5に係るカルプレート1に形成された樹脂注入流路3(図示せず)が備えるゲート孔4の形状を示す断面図である。図9(B)は従来技術に係るカルプレート1’に形成された樹脂注入流路3(図示せず)が備えるゲート孔4’の形状を示す断面図である。

Claims (5)
- 樹脂充填装置が備える上金型と下金型の間に、カルプレートの上に載置された積層鉄心本体を挟持させ、
前記下金型が備える樹脂溜め部から前記カルプレートを介して、前記積層鉄心本体が備える磁石挿入孔に樹脂を下方から注入し、
前記樹脂を固化させた後に、前記カルプレートを前記積層鉄心本体から分離する積層鉄心の製造方法において、
前記カルプレートは、前記樹脂溜め部から前記カルプレートの上面に至る流路の少なくとも一部を構成する貫通孔を備え、
前記貫通孔は、前記磁石挿入孔に近づくに従って内径が縮小するテーパー部と、前記テーパー部に隣接する部位にあって、高さ方向において内径が一定に維持される直管部を備えることを特徴とする、積層鉄心の製造方法。 - 前記貫通孔は、前記樹脂溜め部から前記磁石挿入孔に注入される前記樹脂が前記磁石挿入孔に向けて吐出されるゲート孔であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の積層鉄心の製造方法。
- 前記貫通孔は、前記積層鉄心本体を前記カルプレートの上に載置した場合に、前記積層鉄心本体によって吐出口が塞がれるヌキ孔であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の積層鉄心の製造方法。
- 前記カルプレートは、2枚の板状部材を上下に重ね合わせて構成されるとともに、いずれか一方の前記板状部材には、前記テーパー部が形成されていて、他方の前記板状部材には、前記直管部が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一項に記載の積層鉄心の製造方法。
- 前記カルプレートは複数個の前記貫通孔を備えるとともに、
複数個の前記貫通孔のうち、少なくとも1個の前記貫通孔は、前記テーパー部または前記直管部のみを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の積層鉄心の製造方法。
