(B)図3(a)に示すように、発泡シート3を、渦状に巻いて、貫通孔4に挿入する。この際には、発泡シート3の渦の厚さが、貫通孔4の直径から配線5の直径を差し引いた値の1/2とほぼ等しくなるよう、発泡シート3を巻き回す回数を調整する。
(C)図3(b)に示すように、発泡シート3の渦の中心に、配線5を挿入する。これにより、発泡シート3が、貫通孔4の内周面と配線5の外周面との間に配置された状態になり、防火構造1が構築される。
(D)区画体2に貫通孔4を形成する。
(E)図4(a)に示すように、貫通孔4に配線5を通す。
(F)図4(b)に示すように、貫通孔4の外側に延び出た配線5の範囲に発泡シート3を渦状に巻き付ける。この際には、配線5に巻き付ける発泡シート3の厚さが、貫通孔4と配線5との間の幅にほぼ等しくなるよう、発泡シート3を巻き回す回数を調整する。
(G)図4(c)に示すように、発泡シート3を配線5に沿ってスライドさせて、発泡シート3を貫通孔4に挿入する。これにより、発泡シート3が、貫通孔4の内周面と配線5の外周面との間に配置された状態になり、防火構造1が構築される。
(I)図6(a)に示すように、貫通孔4に配線5を通す。
(J)図6(a)に示すように、貫通孔4の外側に延び出た配線5の範囲に発泡シート7を被せる。この際には、発泡シート7の切り込み8の幅を拡げて、この切り込み8から配線5を発泡シート7の内側に入れる。これにより、発泡シート7が配線5に巻き付けられた状態となる。
(K)発泡シート7を配線5に沿ってスライドさせて、発泡シート7を貫通孔4内に挿入する。これにより、発泡シート7が、貫通孔4の内周面と配線5の外周面との間に配置された状態になり、防火構造が構築される。

Claims (2)
- 貫通孔を有し、当該貫通孔に配線あるいは配管が内挿される区画体と、
前記貫通孔に内挿された前記配線あるいは前記配管の周囲に非包装の状態で巻き付けられて、前記配線あるいは前記配管の外周面と前記貫通孔の内周面との間に配置される発泡シートとを備え、
前記発泡シートは、熱膨張性を有する耐火樹脂素材からなり、前記耐火樹脂素材は予め発泡された発泡体であるとともに、前記耐火樹脂素材中に熱膨張性黒鉛が分散保持されており、
前記発泡シートの内周の外面と前記発泡シートの外周の内面とが互いに接触し、前記発泡シートの最外周の外面が前記貫通孔の内面に接触するように前記発泡シートを渦状に前記配線あるいは前記配管の周囲に巻き付けることが、前記貫通孔の全長に亘って行なわれている区画貫通孔の防火構造(前記貫通孔の周縁に係止される支持金具が使用される場合を除く)。 - 前記発泡シートの長さが前記貫通孔の長さに一致することで、前記貫通孔の全長に亘って前記発泡シートが配置されている請求項1に記載の区画貫通孔の防火構造。
