Claims (8)
- 2以上のカーカス層と、前記カーカス層のタイヤ径方向外側に設けられた少なくとも1つのベルトと、前記2以上のカーカス層のうちのタイヤ幅方向の最も内側のカーカス層に含まれるカーカスプライ同士の間に挟まれて設けられた補強ゴム層と、前記カーカス層それぞれに対応して設けられた一対のビードコアとを有し、
前記最も内側のカーカス層は、タイヤ径方向の外側から内側に延びる本体部と、タイヤ径方向の内側から外側に延びる巻き返し部とを含み、前記一対のビードコアそれぞれのタイヤ径方向内側を通ってタイヤ径方向の内側から外側に向かって巻き上げられており、
前記ベルトのうち最も幅が広い最幅広ベルトの幅がトレッド展開幅の110[%]以上150[%]以下であり、
前記補強ゴム層のタイヤ径方向外側の上端部の位置が前記最幅広ベルトの端部から30[mm]以上離れており、
前記補強ゴム層は、前記本体部の前記カーカスプライ同士の間に挟まれて設けられる
バイアスタイヤ。 - 前記補強ゴム層は、100%伸長モジュラスが1.55[MPa]以上のゴムで形成されている請求項1に記載のバイアスタイヤ。
- 前記補強ゴム層を挟んで隣接するカーカスプライは、最大コード間距離が5[mm]以上30[mm]以下である請求項1または2に記載のバイアスタイヤ。
- 前記補強ゴム層のタイヤ径方向内側の下端部の位置は、タイヤ最大幅位置よりもタイヤ径方向内側であり、かつ、タイヤビードヒール位置からの垂直距離が規格リムのフランジの高さの150[%]以上である請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1つに記載のバイアスタイヤ。
- 前記補強ゴム層の内側のカーカスプライは2枚以上である請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1つに記載のバイアスタイヤ。
- 前記補強ゴム層を形成するゴムは、前記カーカスプライのコードを覆うゴムと同じゴムである請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1つに記載のバイアスタイヤ。
- 前記補強ゴム層を挟んで隣接する2つのカーカスプライのコードは、互いに交差するように配置されている請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1つに記載のバイアスタイヤ。
- 前記補強ゴム層を挟んで隣接する2つのカーカスプライのコードは、それぞれタイヤ径方向に対して角度を有する請求項7に記載のバイアスタイヤ。
