各試験タイヤをドラム表面が平滑でかつ直径が1707mmの鋼製ドラムを有する試験機に取り付け、周囲温度38±3℃に制御して、各試験タイヤを速度81km/hで2時間ドラム上を走行させ、続いて速度を120km/hまで上げて20分走行させた後、20分毎に速度を10km/hずつ上げてゆき、試験タイヤが故障する速度を測定した。その評価結果を従来タイヤを100する指数値で示す。この値が大きい程、高速耐久性が優れている。
各試験タイヤを排気量2500ccの乗用車に装着し、テストコースにおいて実車走行した際の車内騒音をテストドライバーによりフィーリング評価した。その評価結果を従来タイヤを3とする5点法で示す。この値が大きい程、騒音が低く、騒音性能が優れている。
Claims (4)
- トレッド部のカーカス層外周側にベルト層を配置し、該ベルト層の外周側に有機繊維コードをタイヤ周方向に螺旋状に巻回したベルト補強構造体を設け、該ベルト補強構造体を前記ベルト層の中央領域の外周側に配置される中央補強層と、該中央領域のタイヤ軸方向両側に位置する前記ベルト層の各端部領域の外周側に配置される端部補強層とから構成し、前記中央補強層の有機繊維コードを弾性率が10000MPa以下の有機繊維から構成し、前記端部補強層の有機繊維コードを弾性率が10000MPa以下の有機繊維からなるフィラメントと該有機繊維より弾性率が高い有機繊維からなるフィラメントを撚り合わせた複合コードから構成した空気入りタイヤであって、
前記端部補強層が前記ベルト層に隣接する第1端部補強層と該第1端部補強層の外周側に積層される第2端部補強層とからなる2層構造であり、前記第1端部補強層と前記第2端部補強層とが、前記複合コードを埋設した1本のストリップ材をタイヤ軸方向内側からタイヤ軸方向外側に向けて螺旋状に巻回してベルト補強構造体端で折り返すと共に、タイヤ軸方向外側からタイヤ軸方向内側に向けて螺旋状に巻回することで連続的に形成され、前記複合コードの両端がベルト補強構造体端からタイヤ軸方向内側に離間する一方で、前記第1端部補強層と第2端部補強層の幅が異なり、且つ、前記ベルト層の少なくとも一方の端部領域の外周側に配置される端部補強層の第1端部補強層と第2端部補強層とを構成する前記1本のストリップ材の両端部がタイヤ軸方向に部分的にずらして積層され、前記複合コードにおいて、伸び−張力曲線における変曲点が1〜1.8%である空気入りタイヤ。 - 弾性率が高い前記有機繊維の弾性率が30000MPa以上である請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 弾性率が高い前記有機繊維がポリオレフィンケトン繊維である請求項2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記カーカス層は、タイヤ径方向に延在する補強コードをタイヤ周方向に所定の間隔で配列してゴム層に埋設して構成され、該ゴム層のゴムの動的弾性率が5MPa以下である請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
