図4は、タイヤ1の性能試験の結果を示す図表である。以下、上記のタイヤ1について、従来例及び比較例のタイヤ1と、本発明に係るタイヤ1とについて行なった性能の評価試験について説明する。性能評価試験は、カーカス折り返し部62を起点としたビード部20のクラックの発生のし難さを示す耐カーカスターンナップセパ性能及びビード部20のバーストの可能性を示すビードバースト可能性について行った。

Claims (2)
- 15[°]テーパーの規定リムに装着される空気入りタイヤであって、
タイヤ赤道面のタイヤ幅方向両側に配設される一対のビード部と、
一対の前記ビード部のそれぞれに設けられるビードコアと、
一対の前記ビードコアに支持され、カーカス本体部及び前記ビードコアで折り返されることにより形成されるカーカス折り返し部を有するカーカスと、
前記ビードコアで折り返された前記カーカスの外面に配置されるスチールコード補強層と、
少なくとも一部が前記カーカス本体部と前記カーカス折り返し部との間に配置されるビードゴム層と、
前記スチールコード補強層のタイヤ径方向外側の外側エッジ部及び前記カーカス折り返し部のタイヤ径方向外側の外側エッジ部に隣接し、タイヤ径方向外側に延在する第1補強ゴム層と、を備え、
前記ビードゴム層は、前記ビードコアに隣接する第2補強ゴム層と、前記第2補強ゴム層に隣接し、前記カーカス本体部と前記第1補強ゴム層との間に配置される緩衝ゴム層と、を有し、
前記規定リムに装着されない状態において、
前記ビードコアの最もタイヤ幅方向外側の突出点を通り前記ビードコアの最長辺と平行な第1線分と、
前記ビード部のうち前記規定リムと接触するビードベース部のビードヒール側の辺と、
前記ビード部のうち前記ビードベース部よりもタイヤ幅方向外側のタイヤ外表面の曲線と、
前記辺と前記曲線との第1交点と、
前記第1交点を通り前記第1線分に垂直な第2線分と、
前記突出点を通り前記第1線分に垂直な第3線分と、が規定され、
前記第2線分と前記第3線分との距離は、4[mm]以上12[mm]以下であり、
前記第1補強ゴム層の複素弾性率は、6[MPa]以上10[MPa]以下であり、
前記第1補強ゴム層の破断伸びは、300[%]以上450[%]以下であり、
前記第2補強ゴム層の複素弾性率は、10[MPa]以上15[MPa]以下であり、
前記緩衝ゴム層の複素弾性率は、2[MPa]以上6[MPa]以下である、
ことを特徴とする空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記第1線分と前記カーカス折り返し部との第2交点は、前記第2補強ゴム層に隣接する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
