a.複数の天然および/または合成のダウン繊維(210)と、
b.複数の低融点繊維(220)と
を含み、
c.低融点繊維(220)が、バッフル(205)内を加熱することにより、天然および/または合成のダウン繊維(210)に融合されている、
断熱構造(200)。
低融点繊維が、バッフル内で天然および/または合成のダウン繊維を固定するように適合される、実施形態1に記載の断熱構造。
天然および/または合成のダウン繊維に融合される低融点繊維が、合成ダウン繊維に比較してより高い重量当たりの断熱性を提供するように適合される、実施形態1または2に記載の断熱構造。
天然および/または合成のダウン繊維に融合される低融点繊維が、合成ダウン繊維に比較してより高い乾き圧縮回復性を提供するように適合される、実施形態1から3のいずれか1つに記載の断熱構造。
低融点繊維が、バッフル内の加熱の前に、天然および/または合成のダウン繊維と一緒に梳毛されてウェブ構造にされている、実施形態1から4のいずれか1つに記載の断熱構造。
ウェブ構造が、バッフル内の溶融された低融点繊維を冷却することにより、緩い構造から硬化3D構造に変えられている、実施形態5に記載の断熱構造。
複数の低融点繊維が、低融点芯鞘繊維を含む、実施形態1から6のいずれか1つに記載の断熱構造。
複数の低融点繊維が、0.1〜10dtex、好ましくは0.5〜7dtex、最も好ましくは1〜5dtexの線密度を有するフィラメントとして提供される、実施形態1から7のいずれか1つに記載の断熱構造。
複数の天然および/または合成のダウン繊維が、少なくとも1つの中空繊維を含む、実施形態1から8のいずれか1つに記載の断熱構造。
実施形態1から9のいずれか1つに記載の断熱構造を含む衣料品。
実施形態1から9のいずれか1つに記載の断熱構造を含む寝袋。
断熱構造を製造するための方法であって、
a.少なくとも1つのバッフルを用意するステップと、
b.複数の天然および/または合成のダウン繊維をバッフルに充填するステップと、
c.複数の低融点繊維をバッフルに充填するステップと、
d.充填されたバッフル内の繊維を加熱するステップと
を含む、方法。
充填するステップの前に、複数の天然および/または合成のダウン繊維と複数の低融点繊維とを混合するステップをさらに含む、実施形態12に記載の方法。
複数の天然および/または合成のダウン繊維ならびに複数の低融点繊維を圧縮空気でブローするステップをさらに含む、実施形態12または13に記載の方法。
複数の天然および/または合成のダウン繊維ならびに複数の低融点繊維を梳毛してウェブ構造にするステップをさらに含む、実施形態12から14のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
ウェブ構造を分解するステップをさらに含む、実施形態15に記載の方法。
加熱された充填済みバッフルを冷却するステップをさらに含む、実施形態12から16のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
充填するステップのうちの少なくとも1つが、ロボット装置によって行われる、実施形態12から17のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
加熱することが、熱気を当てることを含む、実施形態12から18のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
加熱することが、電磁放射線を当てることを含む、実施形態12から19のいずれか1つに記載の方法。

Claims (7)
- 断熱構造を製造するための方法であって、
a.少なくとも1つのチャンバを用意するステップと、
b.複数の天然および/または合成のダウン繊維と、複数の低融点繊維とを前記チャンバに充填するステップと、
c.前記充填するステップの後に、前記複数の天然および/または合成のダウン繊維ならびに前記複数の低融点繊維を梳毛してウェブ構造にするステップと、
d.前記梳毛してウェブ構造にするステップの後に、前記充填されたチャンバ内の前記繊維を加熱するステップとを含む、
方法。 - 前記充填するステップの前に、前記複数の天然および/または合成のダウン繊維と前記複数の低融点繊維とを混合するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記梳毛してウェブ構造にするステップの前に、前記複数の天然および/または合成のダウン繊維ならびに前記複数の低融点繊維を圧縮空気でブローするステップをさらに含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱された充填済みチャンバを冷却するステップをさらに含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記充填するステップのうちの少なくとも1つが、ロボット装置によって行われる、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 加熱することが、熱気を当てることを含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 加熱することが、電磁放射線を当てることを含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
