なお、上記の「四角形状」は「略四角形状」を含む。また、上記の「長孔形状」は「長円形状や、矩形形状、矩形形状の4つの角部をR加工した形状」を含む。
なお、樹脂投入口Bは、材料供給部から投入された樹脂材料を加熱シリンダAの樹脂流路R2に給送する樹脂投入路R1を形成している。図1の符号5は射出ノズル1を接続するための雌ネジ孔を示している。
なお、本実施形態の下方投入路部B2は四角形状の4つの角部を凸円弧面形状(R形状)として、平面視及び平断面視で略四角形状に形成されている。

Claims (1)
- 成形機の樹脂溶融用の加熱シリンダであって、
前記加熱シリンダの内面から外面に貫通形成され、前記加熱シリンダの内部の樹脂流路に樹脂材料を投入するための樹脂投入路である樹脂投入口を備え、
前記樹脂投入口が、
平断面視で円形状、前記加熱シリンダの軸線に直交する縦断面視で一定の幅寸法の垂直形状で形成され、前記加熱シリンダの軸線中心の径方向外側の部分に設けられて前記加熱シリンダの外面に開口する上方投入路部と、
平断面視で四角形状又は長孔形状、前記加熱シリンダの軸線に直交する縦断面視で一定の幅寸法の垂直形状で形成され、前記加熱シリンダの軸線中心の径方向内側の部分に設けられて前記加熱シリンダの内面に開口し、前記加熱シリンダの上方から見た平面視で、円形状の前記上方投入路部の領域内に収まるように形成されている下方投入路部と、
前記上方投入路部の内面と前記下方投入路部の内面とを滑らかに繋ぐよう前記加熱シリンダの軸線に直交する縦断面視で中心の径方向外側から内側に向かうに従い、漸次平面積が小となるテーパー状に形成された中間投入路部とを備えて形成されている、成形機の樹脂溶融用加熱シリンダ。
