Description
図1は本発明の第1実施例によるコイル部品を概略的に示す図であり、図2は図1の分解斜視図であり、図3はモールド部の変形例を概略的に示す図面であり、図4は図1のI−I'線に沿った断面を示す図である。一方、図2は、説明の便宜のために、重要構成であるモールド部100、巻線コイル300、及びカバー部200のみを示している。また、図4の場合、図1に示された巻線コイル300の中間ターンの一部を省略して示しているが、これは、最内側ターンT1と最外側ターンT3の幅及び厚さの差をより明確に図示して説明するためのものである。図5から図8及び図10も同様である。
図5は、本発明の第2実施例によるコイル部品を示す図であって、図1のI−I'線に沿った断面に対応する図である。
図6は、本発明の第3実施例によるコイル部品を示す図であって、図1のI−I'線に沿った断面に対応する図である。また、図7は、本発明の第4実施例によるコイル部品を示す図であって、図1のI−I'線に沿った断面に対応する図である。
図8は、本発明の第5実施例によるコイル部品を示す図であって、図1のI−I'線に沿った断面に対応する図である。図9は、本発明の第5実施例によるコイル部品に適用されるモールド部を概略的に示す斜視図である。また、図10は、本発明の第6実施例によるコイル部品を示す図であって、図1のI−I'線に沿った断面に対応する図である。

Claims (7)
- 互いに向かい合う一面及び他面を有するモールド部と、
前記モールド部の一面に配置され、前記モールド部の一面の中央部から外側に、最内側ターン(turn)、少なくとも一つの中間ターン(turn)、及び最外側ターン(turn)を形成した巻線コイルと、
前記巻線コイルをカバーするように、前記モールド部の一面上に配置されるカバー部と、
前記巻線コイルと連結され、前記モールド部の他面に互いに離隔配置された第1及び第2外部電極と、を含み、
前記カバー部のうち前記最内側ターン上に配置された一領域の厚さは、前記カバー部のうち前記最外側ターン上に配置された他領域の厚さよりも厚く、
前記モールド部の一面と他面との間の最小の距離は、前記カバー部の前記一領域の厚さよりも大きい値を有しており、
前記巻線コイルは、前記最内側ターンの厚さが前記中間ターンの厚さより小さく、前記中間ターンの厚さが前記最外側ターンの厚さより小さくなっており、
前記巻線コイルの厚さが小さくなるのに応じて前記巻線コイルの幅が大きくなっている、
コイル部品。 - 前記巻線コイルの両端部は、
前記第1及び第2外部電極と連結されるように、前記モールド部を貫通して前記モールド部の他面に露出する、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記巻線コイルの両端部は、
前記第1及び第2外部電極と連結されるように、前記モールド部の側面を介して前記モールド部の他面に露出する、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。 - 前記モールド部の他面には、前記第1外部電極と第2外部電極との間に溝部が形成される、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記モールド部の一面の中央部には、前記巻線コイルを貫通するコアが配置される、請求項1に記載のコイル部品。
- 前記モールド部及び前記カバー部のうち少なくとも一つは、絶縁樹脂、及び前記絶縁樹脂に分散した磁性粉末を含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のコイル部品。
- 互いに向かい合う一面及び他面を有する支持部、及び前記支持部の一面上に配置されたカバー部を有する本体と、
前記支持部の一面に配置され、前記本体内に埋設され、前記本体の中央部を中心に巻線され、最内側ターン(turn)、少なくとも一つの中間ターン(turn)、及び最外側ターン(turn)を形成した巻線コイルと、を含み、
前記カバー部のうち前記最内側ターン上に配置された一領域の厚さは、前記カバー部のうち前記最外側ターン上に配置された他領域の厚さよりも厚く、
前記支持部の一面と他面との間の最小の距離は、前記カバー部の前記一領域の厚さよりも大きい値を有しており、
前記巻線コイルは、前記最内側ターンの厚さが前記中間ターンの厚さより小さく、前記中間ターンの厚さが前記最外側ターンの厚さより小さくなっており、
前記巻線コイルの厚さが小さくなるのに応じて前記巻線コイルの幅が大きくなっている、
