Description
−上部、および上部と連結されるソールと、

−靴の側部区域またはかかと区域において甲に配置され、かつ制御手段に連結されるスイッチ要素であって、スイッチ要素および制御手段は電気モータを作動させることができる、スイッチ要素と、を含み、
靴を締め付けるための動作は、靴のユーザによって、好ましくは指を使用して、スイッチ要素を作動させることによって行われる、方法に関する。
−ユーザが、好ましくは、指を、タッチセンサの表面に第1の方向にかざすステップと、
−制御手段によってタッチセンサの信号を検出し、かつ制御手段および電気モータによって、第1のレベルの締め付け力で着用者の足において靴の締め付けを引き起こすステップと、を含むことを特徴とする。
−ユーザが、好ましくは、指を、タッチセンサの表面に第1の方向に新たにかざすステップと、
−制御手段によってタッチセンサの信号を検出し、かつ制御手段および電気モータによって、第1のレベルの締め付け力より大きい第2のレベルの締め付け力で着用者の足において靴の締め付けを引き起こすステップと、をさらに含むことができる。
−ユーザが、好ましくは、指を、タッチセンサの表面に第1の方向に新たにかざすステップと、
−制御手段によってタッチセンサの信号を検出し、かつ制御手段および電気モータによって、第2のレベルの締め付け力より大きい第3のレベルの締め付け力で着用者の足において靴の締め付けを引き起こすステップと、を含むことができる。
−ユーザが、好ましくは、指を、タッチセンサの表面に、第1の方向と反対の第2の方向にかざすステップと、
−制御手段によってタッチセンサの信号を検出し、かつ制御手段および電気モータによって、靴の開放、または締め付け力のレベルの低減を引き起こすステップと、を実行することが好ましい。
靴の縦方向範囲の75%〜90%の範囲における場所において偏向し、この場合、テンション要素は、第5の偏向要素からテンションローラへ拡張する。

Claims (13)
- 靴(1)を締め付けるための方法であって、前記靴(1)は、
上部(2)、および前記上部(2)と連結されるソール(3)と、
少なくとも1つのテンション要素(5)によって着用者の足において前記靴(1)を締め付けるための回転閉じ具(4)であって、前記回転閉じ具(4)は前記テンション要素(5)を巻き付けるための回転可能に配置されるテンションローラ(6)を含み、前記テンションローラ(6)は電気モータ(7)によって駆動される、回転閉じ具(4)と、
前記靴(1)の側部区域、かかと区域、又は甲に配置され、かつ制御手段(9)に連結されるスイッチ要素(8)であって、前記スイッチ要素(8)および前記制御手段(9)は前記電気モータ(7)を作動させることができる、スイッチ要素(8)と、を含み、
前記靴(1)を締め付けるための動作は、前記靴(1)のユーザによって前記スイッチ要素(8)を作動させることによって行われ、
前記スイッチ要素(8)は、並んで配置され、かつ前記ユーザが利用しやすい表面(11)を形成するいくつかのタッチセンサ(10)を含み、
前記方法は、
前記ユーザが、前記タッチセンサ(10)の前記表面(11)に第1の方向(R1)にかざすステップと、
前記制御手段(9)によって前記タッチセンサ(10)の信号を検出し、かつ前記制御手段(9)および前記電気モータ(7)によって、第1のレベルの締め付け力で前記着用者の足において前記靴の締め付けを引き起こすステップと、を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記ユーザが、前記指(15)を、前記タッチセンサ(10)の前記表面(11)に前記第1の方向(R1)に新たにかざすステップと、
−前記制御手段(9)によって前記タッチセンサ(10)の前記信号を検出し、かつ前記制御手段(9)および前記電気モータ(7)によって、前記第1のレベルの締め付け力より大きい第2のレベルの締め付け力で前記着用者の足において前記靴の締め付けを引き起こすステップと、をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記ユーザが、前記指(15)を、前記タッチセンサ(10)の前記表面(11)に前記第1の方向(R1)に新たにかざすステップと、
前記制御手段(9)によって前記タッチセンサ(10)の前記信号を検出し、かつ前記制御手段(9)および前記電気モータ(7)によって、前記第2のレベルの締め付け力より大きい第3のレベルの締め付け力で前記着用者の足において前記靴の締め付けを引き起こすステップと、をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記ユーザが、前記指(15)を、前記タッチセンサ(10)の前記表面(11)に前記第1の方向(R1)と反対の第2の方向(R2)にかざすステップと、
前記制御手段(9)によって前記タッチセンサ(10)の前記信号を検出し、かつ前記制御手段(9)および前記電気モータ(7)によって、前記靴の開放、または前記締め付け力のレベルの低減を引き起こすステップと、をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記スイッチ要素(8)においてまたは前記スイッチ要素(8)上で、いくつかの照明要素(12)が配置され、いくつかの稼働させた前記照明要素によって、前記締め付け力の実際のレベルが表示されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 靴(1)であって、
上部(2)、および前記上部(2)と連結されるソール(3)と、

前記靴(1)の側部区域またはかかと区域において甲に配置され、かつ制御手段(9)に連結されるスイッチ要素(8)であって、前記スイッチ要素(8)および前記制御手段(9)は前記電気モータ(7)を作動させることができる、スイッチ要素(8)と、を含み、
前記スイッチ要素(8)は、ユーザが利用しやすい表面(11)を形成する、並んで配置されるいくつかのタッチセンサ(10)によって形成されることを特徴とする、靴(1)。 - 単一の前記タッチセンサ(10)は容量センサとして設計されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の靴。
- 前記単一のタッチセンサ(10)は、直線状に並んで配置され、3〜7のタッチセンサ(10)が並んで配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の靴。
- 前記スイッチ要素(8)においてまたは前記スイッチ要素(8)上で、いくつかの照明要素(12)が配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6から8のいずれか一項に記載の靴。
- 前記スイッチ要素(8)および前記回転閉じ具(4)は、前記靴(1)の種々の場所に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の靴。
- 前記回転閉じ具(4)は前記靴(1)の前記ソール(3)に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の靴。
- 開放位置において、前記上部(2)を前記テンション要素(5)の力に対して付勢するばね要素が、前記上部(2)に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の靴。
- エネルギーを供給するために、誘導的におよび/または非接触に充電可能である充電式バッテリ(14)が前記靴(1)に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の靴。
