Description
電気分解装置12は、一つのスタックアセンブリ80から最大0.2MWのアクティブな周波数制御を提供し、残りの4つのスタックアセンブリ80で0〜0.8MWの間のベースライン消費をすることも可能である。1MWを消費する間はすべてのスタックアセンブリ80が運転される。所要のベースライン消費が0.6MWに下がると、一つのスタックアセンブリ80を、停止もしくはスタンバイモードとするか、またはアクティブな周波数制御を提供するように運転することが可能である。ベースライン消費を提供する場合は、アクティブな周波数制御に必要のないスタックアセンブリ80のすべてにベースライン消費を分散させるのではなく、可能な限り多くのスタックアセンブリ80を停止またはスタンバイにすることが好ましい。しかし電気分解装置12がベースライン消費なしで1MWの周波数制御を行う必要がある(すなわち指定の電力出力が、急激または予想困難な状態で0.8MWだけ変動することが予想される)場合には、すべてのスタックアセンブリ80が同じ変動出力レベルで運転される。図4に関連してこの後さらに説明するように、電力消費と水素製造が可変であるにも拘わらず、水素は実質的に一定圧力で製造される。
Claims (13)
- a)水素を製造するために電気分解装置が電気を消費するステップと、
b)前記電気分解装置が前記水素を天然ガスシステム中に注入するステップと、
c)ガスメータが前記天然ガスシステム中に注入された水素量を計量するステップと、
d)顧客によって前記天然ガスシステムから引き出された天然ガス量を計量するステップと、
を含む、水素分配方法であって、
前記電気分解装置が、前記天然ガスシステムの天然ガスパイプラインの最大水素濃度によって決定される水素注入の最大速度より小さい速度で、前記水素を前記天然ガスシステムへ放出する、
水素分配方法。 - 前記電気は、再生可能資源から実際に製造されたかまたは製造されたとみなされる電気を含む、請求項1に記載の水素分配方法。
- a)電力網と、

a)電力網の第一の場所で作動する電気分解装置が、水素の製造のために電気を消費するステップと、

c)天然ガス燃焼発電機が、前記天然ガスシステムの第二の場所で天然ガスを抽出するステップと、
d)前記天然ガス燃焼発電機が、電気を生産するために前記天然ガスを燃焼させるステップと、

前記電気分解装置は、前記天然ガスシステムの天然ガスパイプラインの最大水素濃度によって決定される水素の注入の最大速度より小さい速度で前記天然ガスシステムへ放出する前記水素を製造する、
電力網の運転方法。 - 電力網の運転に必要な量以上に電気を生産するために発電機を運転するステップと、水素を製造するために余剰の電気を天然ガスシステムに接続された電気分解装置が、消費するステップと、前記電気分解装置が、前記天然ガスシステムの天然ガスパイプラインの最大水素濃度によって決定される水素注入の最大速度より小さい速度で前記天然ガスシステムへ放出するステップと、を含む、電力網の運転方法。
- a)第一の期間において、水素を製造するために電気分解装置が、電気を消費し、前記水素を天然ガスシステム中に注入するステップと、
b)発電機が、第二の期間において、電気を生産するために天然ガスを燃焼させるステップと、
