Claims (14)
- 医療用デバイスであって、
基端部から先端部まで延びるカプセルと、前記カプセル内に少なくとも部分的に収容される2つのアームと、を有するクリップと、
前記カプセルの基端部に対して解除可能に結合された先端部を有するブッシングと、
前記ブッシングの基端部に対して結合された長尺状シャフトであって、
コイルであって、その基端部から、前記ブッシングの基端部に対して結合された先端部まで延在し、かつ、その内部を通って長手方向に延在するチャネルを有するコイルと、
前記コイルの一部の周囲に延在する編組部であって、複数の線を含み、前記複数の線が、そのうちの第1線および第2線が交差して、長尺状シャフトの軸に対して直交する方向からみた場合に前記第1線と第2線との間に所定角度をなすように合わせて巻回されており、前記角度が25度以上50度未満である、編組部と、を有する、長尺状シャフトと、
制御ワイヤを介して前記クリップに対して結合されたハンドルと、
を具備しており、
前記ハンドルが前記長尺状シャフトを回転させるためのアクチュエータを有しており、前記長尺状シャフトの回転によって前記クリップを回転させるように、前記長尺状シャフトがその長さに沿って回転を伝達する、医療用デバイス。 - 前記アームが挿入形態と組織受入形態との間で移動可能であり、前記挿入形態において該アームを基端方向に引いて前記カプセル内へ合わせて引き込み、前記組織受入形態において前記アームが前記カプセルから先端方向に延びて互いから離れるように広がる、請求項1に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 前記線のうちの第1線が、1本、2本、3本および4本のフィラメントのうちの1つを含んでおり、かつ、前記線のうちの第2線が、1本、2本、3本および4本のフィラメントのうちの1つを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 前記線の各々が同じ数のフィラメントを含んでいる、請求項3に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 前記編組部が合わせて巻回された8本の線を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 前記線のうちの第1線のフィラメントの直径が、前記線のうちの第2線のフィラメントの直径と同じである、請求項3に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 前記線のうちの第1線のフィラメントの直径が、前記線のうちの第2線のフィラメントの直径とは異なっている、請求項3に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 前記コイルに対する前記編組部の配置方向を固定する前記編組部の上のプラスチック押出成形品をさらに具備している、請求項1に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 前記プラスチック押出成形品が、前記コイルに隣接する前記編組部の外面および前記編組部の内面のうちの一方の上に延在している、請求項8に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 前記線が所定のピックカウントで巻回されている、請求項1に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 前記線が、前記線の交差部が前記コイルの谷部、前記コイルの頂部ならびに前記コイルの谷部および頂部の組合せのうちの1つで発生するような係止編組パターンで巻回されている、請求項10に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 前記線が矩形断面および円形断面のうちの1つを有している、請求項1に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 前記制御ワイヤとクリップのアームとの間に結合されたコア部材をさらに備えており、前記コア部材が、所定の張力を受けると前記クリップを前記制御ワイヤと長尺状シャフトとから解除するために分離するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の医療用デバイス。
- 前記コア部材が分離すると、前記クリップのアームが閉鎖位置で係止される、請求項13に記載の医療用デバイス。
