Description
第1の例では、ステントは、複数のねじれ編みステッチを有して隣接するねじれ編みステッチの間に中間ラング部分が延びる少なくとも1つの編成されたフィラメントを含む長尺状管状部材からなり、長尺状管状部材は、収縮姿勢と拡張姿勢との間で移動するように構成されている。収縮姿勢では、複数のねじり編みステッチは第1の外形を有し、拡張姿勢では、複数のねじり編みステッチは第1の外形とは異なる第2の外形を有する。

Claims (7)
- ステントであって、前記ステントは、
長尺状管状部材の長手軸線に沿って延びる複数の長手方向フィラメントと、第1のらせん方向に延びる第1のらせん状フィラメントと、第1のらせん方向とは逆の第2のらせん方向に延びる第2のらせん状フィラメントとからなる長尺状管状部材からなり、前記複数の長手方向フィラメントと、前記第1のらせん状フィラメントと、前記第2のらせん状フィラメントとは、重なって複数のセルを形成し、
前記長手方向フィラメントは、第1のらせん状フィラメント及び第2のらせん状フィラメントのうちのいずれか一方に断続的にらせん状に巻回されて複数のインターロッキングジョイントを形成し、前記インターロッキングジョイントは、前記長尺状管状部材の長手軸線に対して非平行な角度で延びており、
前記複数のセルは、一定の長さによって画定される6つの辺を有する六角形の形状を有する、ステント。 - 前記インターロッキングジョイントは、前記セルの隣接する辺の間に配置される、請求項1に記載のステント。
- 前記第1のらせん状フィラメント及び前記第2のらせん状フィラメントは、1つ以上の交差部で交差する、請求項1または2に記載のステント。
- 前記1つ以上の交差部は、インターロッキングジョイントを欠く、請求項3に記載のステント。
- 前記長手方向フィラメントは、前記長尺状管状部材の外周に等間隔で配置される、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
- 前記長手方向フィラメントは、前記長尺状管状部材の外周に均一ではない間隔で配置される、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
- 前記インターロッキングジョイントは、前記長尺状管状部材の長手軸線に対して40度から50度の範囲の角度で延びる、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のステント。
