Abstract
Description

Claims (15)
- 対向可能なジョーを含む第1クリップと、
第1の端、第2の端、及び前記第1の端及び前記第2の端の間の長さ、を有し、かつ長手方向軸に沿って延びる牽引バンドであって、
前記第1の端における第1の開口と、
前記第2の端における第2の開口と、を含む前記牽引バンドと、
を備え、
前記第1クリップの前記対向可能なジョーのうちの第1ジョーが、前記第1の開口を貫通して配置される、組織牽引装置。 - 前記第2の開口が、前記長手方向軸に沿って前記第1の開口に向かって延びている、請求項1に記載の組織牽引装置。
- 前記第2の開口が、前記牽引バンドの前記第1の端の外径よりも大きい直径を有する、請求項1または2に記載の組織牽引装置。
- 前記牽引バンドの前記第2の端が、配備時形態において、前記対向可能なジョーのうちの第2ジョーから離れる方向に延長可能である、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の組織牽引装置。
- 前記第1の開口と前記第2の開口との間において前記牽引バンドに沿って第3の開口をさらに含む、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の組織牽引装置。
- 前記第2の開口を通って、少なくとも部分的に配置可能な第2クリップをさらに含む、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の組織牽引装置。
- 前記第1クリップの前記第1ジョーが、前記牽引バンドに隣接する前記第1ジョーから径方向に延びる壁をさらに含む、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の組織牽引装置。
- 第1の端、第2の端、及び前記第1の端及び前記第2の端の間の長さ、を有し且つ長手方向軸に沿って延びている牽引バンドと、
前記牽引バンドの前記第1の端に連結された第1コネクタ本体と、前記牽引バンドの前記第2の端に連結された第2コネクタ本体と、
前記牽引バンドから離れる方向に前記第1コネクタ本体から延びている第1フィラメントと、前記第2コネクタ本体から前記牽引バンドから離れる方向に延びている第2フィラメントと、
各フィラメントに形成されたループと、
を備える、組織牽引装置。 - 前記第1コネクタ本体または前記第2コネクタ本体のうちの一方がルーメンをさらに含み、かつ、前記第1フィラメント及び前記第2フィラメントの一方が前記ルーメン内に延びている、請求項8に記載の組織牽引装置。
- 前記第1コネクタ本体および前記第2コネクタ本体の一方に前記フィラメントを連結するように構成された前記ルーメン内で、可逆的に延伸可能なロッドをさらに含む、請求項9に記載の組織牽引装置。
- 前記フィラメントが、前記ルーメン内で延伸可能な中央部と、前記ルーメンの外部へ延伸可能なループを備える2つの端とを含む、請求項9または10に記載の組織牽引装置。
- 前記フィラメントの第1ループは、クリップによって係合されて組織に固定されるように構成されており、前記フィラメントの第2ループは、張引されて前記第1コネクタ本体および前記第2コネクタ本体の一方から前記フィラメントを離脱するように構成される、請求項11に記載の組織牽引装置。
- 前記中央部hs、前記ルーメン内で固定要素に連結される、請求項11または12に記載の組織牽引装置。
- 前記牽引バンドの外周囲に配置されるオーバーチューブをさらに含む、請求項8~13のいずれか1項に記載の組織牽引装置。
- 開口を有するクリップをさらに備え、前記フィラメントのうちの1本は、前記開口を通過して延びており、前記フィラメントは、前記開口よりも大きな幅を有する球根状部を有する請求項8~14のいずれか1項に記載の組織牽引装置。
