Claims (14)
- 医療用挿入デバイスであって、
アクチュエータを含むハンドルと、
前記ハンドルに回転可能に結合された基端部から先端部までの間に延びる長尺状シャフトであって、体内の蛇行する通路に沿って内視鏡の作業チャネルを通して挿入するための十分な可撓性を有しており、前記アクチュエータの作動により長尺状シャフトがその長手方向軸を中心に回転するように該アクチュエータに結合されている長尺状シャフトと、を備えており、長尺状シャフトが、
長尺状シャフトの基端部から先端部まで延在するコイルであって、その内部を通って長手方向に延在するチャネルを有しているコイルと、
前記コイルの先端部分の周囲に係止されている編組部であって、複数の線を含み、前記複数の線が、そのうちの第1線および第2線が交差部で交差して、前記第1線と第2線との間に所定角度をなすように合わせて巻回されており、前記角度が25度以上50度未満であり、前記第1線および第2線のそれぞれが少なくとも1本のフィラメントを含んでおり、前記第1線のフィラメントの直径が、前記第2線のフィラメントの直径とは異なっている、編組部と、を有している、医療用挿入デバイス。 - 生体内の組織を治療するために前記長尺状シャフトの先端部に結合されたデバイスであって、前記アクチュエータが作動すると、該長尺状シャフトの回転がデバイスまで伝達されてデバイスがその長手方向軸を中心に回転するように、前記長尺状シャフトに結合されているデバイスをさらに備えている、請求項1に記載の医療用挿入デバイス。
- 前記線のうちの第1線が、1本、2本、3本および4本のフィラメントのうちの1つを含んでおり、かつ、前記線のうちの第2線が、1本、2本、3本および4本のフィラメントのうちの1つを含んでいる、請求項1に記載の医療用挿入デバイス。
- 前記線の各々が同じ数のフィラメントを含んでいる、請求項3に記載の医療用挿入デバイス。
- 前記編組部が合わせて巻回された8本の線を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の医療用挿入デバイス。
- 前記コイルに対する前記編組部の配置方向を固定するために前記編組部の上にプラスチック押出成形品をさらに備えている、請求項1に記載の医療用挿入デバイス。
- 前記線が所定のピックカウントで巻回されている、請求項1に記載の医療用挿入デバイス。
- 前記線が円形断面を有している、請求項1に記載の医療用挿入デバイス。
- 前記長尺状シャフトの先端部が、組織クリッピングデバイスと係合するように形成されている、請求項1に記載の医療用挿入デバイス。
- 前記デバイスが、バンド結紮、止血クリップ、生検針、細針吸引デバイス、および併用治療針のうちの1つである、請求項2に記載の医療用挿入デバイス。
- 前記線のうちの第1線および第2線が交差する角度が、前記長尺状シャフトの長さに沿って変化する、請求項1に記載の医療用挿入デバイス。
- 前記長尺状シャフトの先端部分の外径が、該長尺状シャフトの先端部分の基端側の部分の外径に比べて小さい、請求項1に記載の医療用挿入デバイス。
- 前記長尺状シャフトの外径が、該長尺状シャフトの先端部に向かって徐々にテーパ状になっている、請求項1に記載の医療用挿入デバイス。
- 前記線が、前記コイルの谷部、頂部、および谷部と頂部の組み合わせのいずれかで交差するように、編組の係止パターンで巻回されている、請求項1に記載の医療用挿入デバイス。
