Claims (16)
- 第1の気孔率を有し、中を通る空間を備えた概して管状の形状を形成する、第1の織り込み層と、
前記第1の気孔率よりも低い第2の気孔率を有する第2の織り込み層(202)であって、前記管状の形状内の前記空間内に配置される、前記第2の織り込み層とを含み、
該第1の織り込み層及び第2の織り込み層(102,202)は形状記憶金属から成るワイヤから形成され、及び、両方の織り込み層を通して織り込まれた接続部材(814)により接続され、
前記第1および第2の織り込み層は、実質的に同一のピッチを有し、前記織り込み層の間に実質的に隙間を有しておらず、
前記第2の織り込み層(202)は、両織り込み層のライン間適合を提供するサイジングのために、前記第1の織り込み層の内径と等しい直径を有するように編み込まれかつヒートセットされる、ことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記第1の織り込み層および前記第2の織り込み層(202)は、実質的に同一の速度で拡張し、実質的に同一の量だけ縮小する、請求項1の装置。
- 前記第1の織り込み層および前記第2の織り込み層(202)は、前記装置の近位端部の近くでかつ前記装置の遠位端部において相互に取り付けられる、請求項1の装置。
- 前記第1の織り込み層および前記第2の織り込み層(202)は、前記第1の織り込み層と前記第2の織り込み層(202)との間でらせんパターンに織り込まれた接続部材(814)によって取り付けられる、請求項1の装置。
- 前記装置が二重層ステント(200、200A、200B、200C)であり、
前記第1の織り込み層が第1の半径方向の力を有し、
前記第2の織り込み層(202)が第2の半径方向の力を有し、
前記二重層ステント(200、200A、200B、200C)の前記半径方向の力は、前記第1の織り込み層の前記第1の半径方向の力および前記第2の織り込み層(202)の前記第2の半径方向の力の算術加算よりも大きい、請求項1の装置。 - 前記二重層ステント(200、200A、200B、200C)の前記半径方向の力は、前記第1の織り込み層の前記第1の半径方向の力および前記第2の織り込み層の前記第2の半径方向の力の加算よりも少なくとも約30%高い、請求項5の装置。
- 前記装置が身体内における展開時において展開力を有する二重層ステント(200、200A、200B、200C)であり、
前記第2の織り込み層(202)が、前記第1の織り込み層から独立した身体内での展開時における展開力を有し、
前記第1の織り込み層および第2の織り込み層を含む前記二重層ステント(200、200A、200B、200C)の前記展開力は、前記第2の織り込み層(202)単独の前記展開力よりも低い、請求項1の装置。 - 前記二重層ステント(200、200A、200B、200C)の展開力は、約0.2lbs〜0.6lbsである、請求項7の装置。
- 前記第2の織り込み層(202)は、1つ以上の位置において前記第1の織り込み層に接続される、請求項1の装置。
- 前記第2の気孔率は、45%〜70%である、請求項9の装置。
- 前記接続部材が前記装置の長さに沿った前記1つ以上の位置において前記第1の織り込み層を前記第2の織り込み層(202)に接続させるように織り込まれる支持ワイヤ(814)をさらに含む、請求項9の装置。
