Claims (10)
- 초탄성 형상기억합금이나 스테인레스등의 스텐트 제조용 재질의 와이어(11)로 스텐트를 구성함에 있어서,상기 초탄성 형상기억합금이나 스테인레스와 같은 스텐트 제조용 합금 와이어(11)를 교차되게 엮어 다수의 마름모형상의 공간부(12)를 갖는 중공(中空)식 원통형몸체(15)를 형성하여 장기의 내부로 삽입 설치하여 관로를 넓히는 본체 스텐트(10)와,생분해성 폴리머로 제조한 별도의 생분해성 폴리머 와이어(21)로 서로 교차되게 엮어 다수의 마름모형상의 공간부(12')를 갖는 중공(中空)식 원통형 몸체(15')로 구성하되 그 중앙부가 만곡형으로 돌출된 만곡부(22)를 가지도록 한 체내 분해성 스텐트(23)를 구성하여,상기 체내 분해성 스텐트(23)를 상기 본체 스텐트(10)의 외측면에 위치하여 상기 체내 분해성 스텐트(23)의 양단중 어느 한단을 본체 스텐트(10)에 연결하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 체내 분해성 2중 구조 스텐트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 체내 분해성 스텐트(23)의 상기 생분해성 폴리머가 PLLA(Poly L-lactic acid), PLA(Poly lactic acid), PGA(Polyglycolic acid),PGLA(Poly glycolide-co- L- lactide acid), PDO)Polydioxanone) 및 PGCL(Poly glycolide-co-caprolactone)에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종이상으로 서로 혼합된 것임을 특징으로 하는 체내 분해성 2중 구조 스텐트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 체내 분해성 스텐트(23)가 상기 본체 스텐트(10)의 외측 중앙에 위치하여 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 체내 분해성 2중 구조 스텐트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 체내 분해성 스텐트(23)가 상기 본체 스텐트(10)의 외측 중앙에서 벗어난 위치에서 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 체내 분해성 2중 구조 스텐트.
- 청구항 1, 청구항 3 또는 청구항 4중 어느한 항에 있어서,상기 체내 분해성 스텐트(23)의 양단이 상기 본체 스텐트(10)에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 체내 분해성 2중 구조 스텐트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 본체 스텐트(10)의 내, 외표면중 어느 일표면에 PTFE나 실리콘 피막층(25)을 덮어 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 체내 분해성 2중 구조 스텐트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 본체 스텐트(10)가 양단을 확관시킨 확관형스텐트(45)인 것을 특징으로 하는 체내 분해성 2중 구조 스텐트.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 확관형스텐트(45)의 내, 외표면중 어느 일표면에 PTFE나 실리콘 피막층(25)을 덮어 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 체내 분해성 2중 구조 스텐트.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 본체 스텐트(10)의 내표면과 외표면에 PTFE 피막층이나 실리콘 피막층을 각각 피복하여 본체 스텐트(10)를 기준으로 두 겹이 되도록 하며, 상기 본체 스텐트(10)의 내,외부에 피복되는 피막층은 서로 다른 종으로 피복되도록한 것을 특징으로 하는 체내 분해성 2중 구조 스텐트.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 확관형 스텐트(45)의 내표면과 외표면에 PTFE 피막층이나 실리콘 피막층을 각각 피복하여 본체 스텐트(10)를 기준으로 두 겹이 되도록 하며, 상기 본체 스텐트(10)의 내,외부에 피복되는 피막층은 서로 다른 종으로 피복되도록한 것을 특징으로 하는 체내 분해성 2중 구조 스텐트.
