Claims (15)
- 第1の端部領域、前記第1の端部領域の反対側の第2の端部領域、および外側表面を含む拡張可能スキャフォールドであり、前記拡張可能スキャフォールドが径方向につぶれた状態から径方向に拡張した状態にシフトするように構成された、拡張可能スキャフォールドと、
前記拡張可能スキャフォールドの前記外側表面に沿って配置されたコーティングであり、前記コーティングの少なくとも一部分が、複数のずれ防止部材を含み、前記コーティングが、優先分離領域をさらに含み、前記優先分離領域が、前記コーティングの第1の領域と前記コーティングの第2の領域との間に位置決めされる、コーティングと、を備え、
前記優先分離領域が、前記拡張可能スキャフォールドが前記径方向につぶれた状態から前記径方向に拡張した状態にシフトするにつれて前記コーティングの前記第1の領域が前記コーティングの前記第2の領域から両者の間の前記優先分離領域に沿って分離することを可能にするように構成される、

- 前記優先分離領域が、前記ステントの前記長手方向軸に沿って直線的に延びる、請求項7または8に記載の医療用ステント。
- 前記優先分離領域が、前記ステントの前記長手方向軸に沿って非直線的に延びる、請求項7または8に記載の医療用ステント。
- 前記拡張可能スキャフォールドが、複数の編成されたフィラメントを含み、前記複数のフィラメントが、それらの間に複数のセルを画定するように配置され、前記優先分離領域が、前記複数のセルのうちの1つの中に位置決めされる、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の医療用ステント。

- 前記複数の優先分離領域のそれぞれが、前記拡張可能スキャフォールドが前記径方向につぶれた状態から前記径方向に拡張した状態にシフトするときに前記コーティングが前記拡張可能スキャフォールドの前記外側表面から分離することを防止するように構成される、請求項12または13に記載の医療用ステント。
- 前記優先分離領域のそれぞれの前記孔が、前記コーティングの壁部を貫通して延びている、請求項12から14のいずれか一項に記載の医療用ステント。
