Description
少なくとも一つの超弾性形状記憶合金ワイヤーを対角線方向に互いに上下で上線と下線として交差するように編むことにより形成されて多数の菱形形状の空間部を有する中空式ボディからなるが、前記中空式ボディにはワイヤーを対角線方向に垂直突出するように折り曲げて係止突起を形成することにより、人体内腔における滑りを防止するように構成された滑り止めステントを提供する。

Claims (6)
- 少なくとも一つの超弾性形状記憶合金ワイヤー(2)を長手方向に対して斜め方向に互いに上下で交差するように編むことにより、多数の菱形形状の空間部を有する中空式ボディ(3)を製造した後、前記中空式ボディ(3)の表面の少なくとも一部において、ワイヤー(2)の上線(2a)と下線(2b)との間に棒(20)が配置されるように棒(20)を前記表面の側から挿入して固定した後、熱処理を施すことにより、ワイヤー(2)を折り曲げた、棒(20)の断面形状に対応する係止突起(5)を中空式ボディ(3)の前記表面に垂直に突設するように形成することを特徴とする、滑り止めステントの製造方法。
- 前記ワイヤー(2)の上線(2a)は下線(2b)の上を通るが、少なくとも2つの下線(2b)の上を通るように形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の滑り止めステントの製造方法。
- 前記係止突起(5)を少なくとも2つ連続的に形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の滑り止めステントの製造方法。
- 前記係止突起を半円形構造に形成したことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の滑り止めステントの製造方法。
- 前記係止突起(5)を多角形構造に形成したことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の滑り止めステントの製造方法。
- 前記係止突起(5)の内側にシリコーン補強材をコートして係止突起(5)のテンション強度を補強するように構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の滑り止めステントの製造方法。
