Description
Claims (7)
- どの方向にも曲げられる柔軟性を持ち、その上端部は一つの円筒状または部分円筒状で、その下端部は長さの異なる二つの小さな円筒状または部分円筒状に分かれている構造として形成されているので、血管の内部へ挿入された後には血管内部の圧力が弱くなった血管壁に加えられることを防止する人造血管の本体(1)と;
前記人造血管の本体の上端部に連結され、人造血管の本体形状を支持し、特定の大きさに縮小可能で、特定の大きさの膨脹性を有する円筒状の第1ステント部材(2)と;
前記人造血管本体の下端部の中で長さの短い一側に連結されて、人造血管本体の下端部の長い側の形状を支持し、特定の大きさに縮小可能で、特定の大きさの膨脹性を有する円筒状の第2ステント部材(3)と;
前記人造血管本体の下端部の中で長さの長い一側に、その上端面が前記第2ステント部材の下端面と一致するように挿入されて、人造血管本体の下端部の短い側の形状を支持し、特定の大きさに縮小可能で、特定の大きさの膨脹性を有する円筒状の第3ステント部材(4)を含む人造血管ステント。 - 前記人造血管本体(1)と前記第1ステント部材(2)が連結される部位に、人造血管ステントを血管に固定させる多数の固定具(5)が設けられている特許請求範囲第1項記載の人造血管ステント。
- ステント挿管器内に挿入(ロード)する時、全長にわたってその直径(profile)が4.0mm以下で均一である特許請求範囲第1項記載の人造血管ステント。
- 前記第1ステント部材(2)、前記第2ステント部材(3)及び前記第3ステント部材(4)の構造が各々同一または相違である特許請求範囲第1項記載の人造血管ステント。
- 前記第1ステント部材(2)、前記第2ステント部材(3)及び前記第3ステント部材(4)の形状が、各々円筒状または部分円筒状となるように、少なくとも1回以上のターンを形成する特許請求範囲第1項記載の人造血管ステント。
- 前記人造血管本体(1)の材質が高密度の織物である特許請求範囲第1項記載の人造血管ステント。
- 前記第1ステント部材(2)、前記第2ステント部材(3)及び前記第3ステント部材(4)の材質が金属ワイヤーである特許請求範囲第1項記載の人造血管ステント。
