Description

Claims (7)
- 体腔内の標的部位を治療するための血管装置であって、
第1の端部、第2の端部と、それらの間に延びる管腔を規定する第一構成要素と、
第1の端部、第2の端部と、それらの間に延びる管腔を規定し、前記第2の端部は前記第一構成要素の前記第2の端部を受容するように構成されている第二構成要素と
を備え、
前記第一構成要素の前記第2の端部は反転部を備え、前記第一構成要素の前記第2の端部の外側領域の内側表面が、前記反転部において前記第一構成要素の前記第2の端部の内部領域の内側表面に面しており、
前記第一構成要素は、前記標的部位における少なくとも一つの動脈枝の近傍の血管壁の内側表面と結合するように構成されており、
前記第二構成要素は、前記標的部位における血管壁の内側表面と結合するように構成されており、
前記第一および第二構成要素の各々は、前記標的部位に独立して展開可能であるとともに、前記標的部位において他方の構成要素と独立して及び他の構成要素と協働しての両方による使用がなされるように構成されている。 - 前記第一および第二構成要素の少なくとも1つは、対応する動脈枝内に脱分岐肢を拡張するために構成された少なくとも1つの窓を規定する、請求項1に記載の血管装置。
- 前記第一および第二構成要素の少なくとも1つは、それぞれの構成要素の内壁によって規定された少なくとも1つの通路を備え、
前記通路は前記脱分岐肢の端を受け入れるように構成されている、請求項2に記載の血管装置。 - 前記第一および第二構成要素の少なくとも1つは、テーパ部をそれぞれの前記第2の端部近傍に備えている、請求項1に記載の血管装置。
- 前記第一構成要素の前記第1の端部の外側表面は、前記標的部位の近傍の血管壁の内側表面に結合するように構成されており、
前記第一構成要素の前記第2の端部の外側表面は、前記第二構成要素が少なくとも部分的に前記第一構成要素内に受け入れられて、前記第二構成要素の位置が実質的に前記第一構成要素に対して固定されているように前記第二構成要素の外側表面に結合するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の血管装置。 - 前記反転部は環状空間を形成していて、前記第2の端部の前記外側領域は少なくとも1つの窓を規定しており、
各前記窓と実質的に位置合わせされた枝血管への血流を維持するために前記環状空間内に流れる血液は、前記窓を通過することができる、請求項1に記載の血管装置。 - 前記装置は、大動脈弓内又は内臓大動脈内の標的部位の治療のために血管内に配送されるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の血管装置。
