Claims (15)
- 近位部(2)および遠位部(3)に分岐する実質的に管状の構成要素(1)、および標的血管中に前記近位部(2)を固定するための少なくとも1つのステント(8)を備えた、ヒトおよび動物の血管系/体で用いるためのマルチルーメンインプラントであって、
前記管状構成要素(1)が、前記遠位部(3)において、それぞれルーメン(4、5)を備える少なくとも2つの分岐(6、7)に分岐するよう設計され、
前記管状構成要素(1)の前記近位部(2)が、前記遠位部(3)上に少なくとも部分的に折り畳まれ、前記ステント(8)が、折り畳み(9)の内側に少なくとも部分的に配置され、
前記管状構成要素(1)の前記遠位部(3)上に折り畳まれた前記管状構成要素(1)の前記近位部(2)の長さが、前記ステント(8)と同じ長さであるかまたは前記ステント(8)より長く、前記分岐(6、7)が、前記ステント(8)の内側に少なくとも部分的に配置される
ことを特徴とする、マルチルーメンインプラント。 - 前記管状構成要素(1)が、前記遠位部(3)において主ルーメン(4)および複数の副ルーメン(5)に分岐することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のマルチルーメンインプラント。
- 前記副ルーメン(5)が、前記主ルーメン(4)より小さい直径を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のマルチルーメンインプラント。
- 前記ステント(8)が、前記管状構成要素(1)の前記近位部(2)の内側に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のマルチルーメンインプラント。
- 前記ステント(8)が、前記管状構成要素(1)の前記近位部(2)の外側に配置され、前記管状構成要素(1)の前記近位部の第1の部分が、前記ステント(8)の前記近位部の周りに少なくとも部分的に遠位で外側に誘導されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のマルチルーメンインプラント。
- 前記管状構成要素(1)の前記近位部(2)が、前記ステント(8)より長く、前記ステント(8)を超えて遠位に突出する前記近位部(2)の部分が、前記ステント(8)上で内側に折り畳まれることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のマルチルーメンインプラント。
- 前記管状構成要素(1)の前記遠位部(3)の前記ルーメン(4、5)が、遠位方向(12)でテーパになることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のマルチルーメンインプラント。
- 前記分岐(6、7)が、遠位で環状補強材(10、11)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のマルチルーメンインプラント。
- 前記管状構成要素(1)が、クランプ、接着/グルーイング、裁縫または溶接により前記ステント(8)に固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のマルチルーメンインプラント。
- 前記管状構成要素(1)が、ePTFEで作製されることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のマルチルーメンインプラント。
- ePTFEで作製される前記管状構成要素(1)が、電解紡糸により製造されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のマルチルーメンインプラント。
- 前記ステント(8)が、自己膨張ステントであることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のマルチルーメンインプラント。
- 前記ステント(8)が、バルーン膨張ステントであることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載のマルチルーメンインプラント。
- 請求項1から13に記載のインプラント、およびその移植のためのバルーンカテーテルおよび/またはカテーテルを備えるキット。
- 前記インプラントの前記分岐(6、7)を遠位に位置する血管に接続するためにそれぞれの数のステントグラフトをさらに備えることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載のキット。
