Claims (11)
- 患者の第1及び第2残存血管部の間に配置される、体管腔内の標的部位の治療用血管装置において、
前記第1残存血管部に取り付けられる第1端部と、
前記第2残存血管部に取り付けられる第2端部と、
前記第1及び第2端部の間に延びる管腔とを備え、
前記管腔は壁部により規定され、
前記壁部は前記第1端部又は第2端部の少なくとも一方を近接して分割することにより内側スカート部及び外側スカート部を形成しており、ここで前記外側スカート部は少なくとも部分的に前記内側スカート部を囲んでおり、更に、前記内側スカート部及び外側スカート部は互いに離間しており、これにより前記内側スカート部と外側スカート部との間に形成された空間内に、そこに対応する血管装置の端部を取り付けるために前記残存血管部の一部を収容し、
前記内側スカート部は前記残存血管部の一部に取り付けられ、前記外側スカート部は、前記内側スカート部と前記残存血管部の一部との間の接続部の外側表面に対向して配置されて、前記残存血管部の一部は前記内側スカート部と前記外側スカート部との間に配置され、
前記外側スカート部は前記内側スカート部よりも長いことを特徴とする血管装置。 - 請求項1に記載の血管装置において、
前記内側スカート部の外面は、対応する前記残存血管部の内面の近傍に位置し、前記外側スカート部の内面は、対応する前記残存血管部の外面の近傍に位置するように構成されていることを特徴とする血管装置。 - 請求項1に記載の血管装置において、
前記第1及び第2端部のそれぞれは、内側スカート部と、前記内側スカート部との間において対応する前記残存血管部の一部を収容し、そこに対応する前記端部を取り付ける外側スカート部とを有することを特徴とする血管装置。 - 請求項1に記載の血管装置において、
前記内側スカート部は、対応する前記残存血管部に縫合され、
前記外側スカート部は、止血を促進し、対応する前記端部の近傍におけるエンドリークを最小限に抑えることを特徴とする血管装置。 - 請求項1に記載の血管装置において、
前記内側及び外側スカート部のそれぞれは、血管装置の中心軸から遠ざかるように延びることにより、フレアを形成することを特徴とする血管装置。 - 請求項1に記載の血管装置において、
前記外側スカート部は、第1及び第2位置の間を移動し、前記第1位置において、前記外側スカート部が巻上状態に付勢されることにより、前記内側スカート部の外面が露出され、対応する前記残存血管部を受け、前記第2位置において、前記外側スカート部が展開状態に付勢されることにより、前記外側スカート部の内面が前記内側スカート部の外面に対向して配置され、それにより前記内側及び外側スカート部の間において対応する前記残存血管部が係合されることを特徴とする血管装置。 - 請求項6に記載の血管装置において、
前記第2位置において、前記外側スカート部は、前記内側スカート部に向かって圧力をかけるように構成されていることを特徴とする血管装置。 - 患者の第1及び第2残存血管部の間に配置される、体管腔内の標的部位の治療用血管装置において、

前記壁部は前記第1端部又は第2端部の少なくとも一方を近接して分割することにより内側スカート部及び外側スカート部を形成しており、ここで前記外側スカート部は少なくとも部分的に前記内側スカート部を囲んでおり、更に、前記内側スカート部及び外側スカート部は互いに離間しており、これにより前記内側スカート部と外側スカート部との間に形成された空間内に、そこに対応する血管装置の端部を取り付けるために前記残存血管部の一部を収容し、
前記内側スカート部は前記残存血管部の一部に取り付けられ、前記外側スカート部は、前記内側スカート部と前記残存血管部の一部との間の接続部の外側表面に対向して配置されて、前記残存血管部の一部は前記内側スカート部と前記外側スカート部との間に配置され、
