Claims (5)
- 초 탄성 형상기억합금을 엮은 중공식의 원통형 몸체로 된 스텐트(13) 하부에 플렉시블한 역류방지튜브(15)를 연결 설치한 것에 있어서,상기 역류방지튜브(15)는 내측막(11)과 외측막(12)의 두겹으로 형성하여 상기 내,외측막(11)(12) 사이로 상부에서 하부로 연장되는 심재(20)를 원주상에 적어도 하나 이상 삽입하여 상호 접착하도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 식도용 스텐트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 역류방지튜브(15)는 내,외측막(11)(12)을 일체로 외측막의 하단이 내측으로 말아 들어가도록 중첩되게 접어 내측막을 형성하도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 식도용 스텐트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 심재(20)는 역류방지튜브(15)의 상단에서 적어도 튜브 길이의 1/2ℓ이상으로 형성하도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 식도용 스텐트.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 역류방지튜브(15)는 내,외측막(11)(12) 사이로 상부에서 하부로 연장되 는 심재(20')를 지그재그 형태로 절곡 내장하여 적어도 하나 이상 설치하도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 식도용 스텐트.
- 초 탄성 형상기억합금을 엮은 중공식의 내, 외측 원통형 몸체(13')(13") 사이로 인조막(40)을 삽입한 스텐트(13) 하부에 플렉시블한 역류방지튜브를 설치한 것에 있어서,상기 인조막(40)의 하단을 스텐트(13)하부로 연장하여 그 하단을 내측으로 말아 들어가도록 중첩되게 접어 형성한 역류방지튜브(15')의 내측으로 내측몸체(13')의 하단부를 하부로 연장되게 형성한 심재(20")를 내장하여 상호 접착하도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 식도용 스텐트.
