Abstract
一种用钛镍记忆合金丝材编织的网状支撑架和用钛镍记忆合金丝材制作的可自动开合的防反流瓣、用医用硅橡胶覆膜制作而成的防反流食道内支架。其特征在于用钛镍记忆合金丝材制作的网状支撑架和与之相连接的用钛镍记忆合金丝材制作的可自动开合的防反流瓣,打开时为圆柱状,恢复后为锥形体,覆上硅橡胶膜的防反流瓣为密闭状态。正常进食时,在吞咽的作用力下瓣膜会自动打开,使食物顺利进入胃中。当胃部压力过大向上反时,瓣膜在胃压的作用力下紧密闭合,液体和食物不易反上,具有喷门括约肌的防反流作用。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种防反流食道内支架,特别涉及一种用钛镍记忆合金丝材编织的网状支撑架和用钛镍记忆合金丝材制作的可自动开合的防反流瓣、用医用硅橡胶覆膜制作而成的防反流食道内支架。
现在临床上使用的有两种防反流食道内支架,其一种防反流瓣是用医用硅橡胶覆膜制作而成。其主要缺点是用硅橡胶制作的瓣膜,弹性差,闭合不好,尤其是在人体卧位时胃液很容易倒流至食道,造成食道壁溃疡。另外还有一种用医用硅橡胶覆膜制作而成的薄膜套管,与内支架连接在一起,薄膜套管在胃中为折叠状,使薄膜套管起到防反流的作用。但因薄膜套管在胃中为折叠状,胃肠内的气体不宜从食道排出,造成病人不适。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺点,提出一种适用于防止胃肠液体反流的防反流食道内支架,用钛镍记忆合金丝材编织的防反流瓣和医用硅橡胶覆膜制作而成的可自动开合的防反流瓣膜,可起到喷门括约肌的防反流作用。与现在单纯用医用硅橡胶制作的瓣膜比较,有不可相比的优点。在临床上可达到非常理想的防反流效果。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的结构及工作原理作详细说明。
参照附图,本实用新型包括用钛镍记忆合金丝编织的网状支撑架(1),网状支撑架一端为喇叭状(2),网状支撑架的另一端为直口状或喇叭状(3),用钛镍记忆合金丝制作的防反流开合瓣支撑骨架(4)与(3)连接,防反流可自动开合瓣支撑骨架(4)为蛇形弹簧状(5),蛇形弹簧打开时为圆柱状(6)闭合时为圆锥状(7),圆锥的尖部为叠压状(8)。用医用硅橡胶在网状支撑架(1)上的覆膜(9)和可自动开合的防反流瓣骨架蛇形弹簧(5)上的覆膜(10),整体构成了一种用钛镍记忆合金丝材编织的、用医用硅橡胶覆膜制作而成可自动开合的的防反流食道内支架。
这种用钛镍记忆合金丝材编织的、用医用硅橡胶覆膜制作而成的防反流食道内支架的工作原理,主要是利用了钛镍记忆合金的生物相容性、形状记忆功能和超弹性性能,和医用硅橡胶的密封防渗漏性。用钛镍记忆合金丝材编织的网状支撑架(1)对食道起到扩张和支撑作用。支撑架一端的喇叭口(2)是防止内支架下滑,起到定位作用。防反流瓣是用钛镍记忆合金丝材制作的蛇形弹簧(4)定型为锥体形状(6),圆锥端部(8)叠压在一起。在覆硅橡胶膜时,将锥体打开为圆柱状(10),以便吞咽时食道畅通。恢复为锥形体后,覆上硅橡胶膜的防反流瓣为密闭状态。当正常进食时,在吞咽的作用力下瓣膜会自动打开,使食物顺利进入胃中。当胃部压力过大向上反时,瓣膜在胃压的作用力下紧密闭合,液体和食物不易反上。
由此可见,本实用新型所设计的防反流食道内支架从结构及工作原理上都可满足临床上的需要,优于其他防反流装置,可达到理想的防反流目的。
Claims (6)
1、钛镍记忆合金防反流食道内支架,包括用钛镍记忆合金丝材编织的网状支撑架及其相连接的用钛镍记忆合金丝制作的可自动开合的防反流瓣。本实用新型的特征是,所说的用钛镍记忆合金丝编织的网状支撑架(1)的一端为喇叭状(2),网状支撑架的另一端为直口状或喇叭状(3)。
2、根据权利要求(1)所述的防反流食道内支架,其特征在于,所说的防反流食道内支架直口状或喇叭状(3)与用钛镍记忆合金丝制作的防反流开合瓣支撑骨架(4)连接。
3、根据权利要求(1)、(2)所述的防反流食道内支架,其特征在于,防反流可自动开合瓣支撑骨架(4)为蛇形弹簧状(5),蛇形弹簧打开时为圆柱状(6)闭合时为圆锥状(7),圆锥的尖部为叠压状(8)。
4、根据权利要求(1)、(2)、(3)所述的防反流食道内支架,其特征在于,用医用硅橡胶在网状支撑架(1)上覆膜和在可自动开合的防反流瓣骨架蛇形弹簧(5)上覆膜。
5、根据权利要求(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)所述的防反流食道内支架,其特征在于,防反流瓣是用钛镍记忆合金丝材制作的蛇形弹簧定型为锥体形状,圆锥端部叠压在一起。整体构成了一种用钛镍记忆合金丝材制作的、用医用硅橡胶覆膜制作而成可自动开合的的防反流食道内支架。
6、根据权利要求(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)、(5)所述的防反流食道内支架,其特征在于,在硅橡胶覆膜时,将锥体打开为圆柱状(10),以便吞咽时食道畅通,恢复为锥形体后(6),覆上硅橡胶膜的防反流瓣为密闭状态,起到喷门括约肌的防反流作用。
