Abstract
Description
(a)適当な幾何学的形態(例えば反転六辺体)を構造中に作りこむ、または
(b)制御された圧力および温度条件下でポリマー粒子を処理、すなわち圧縮に引き続いて変形して、管状に形成する、または
(c)処理および引き続く微細機械加工の組合せ、
により製造された拡大性材料からなる。
(i)互いに平行且つ対向する第1および第2の辺、
(ii)前記第1の辺から従属する第3および第4の辺、および
(iii)前記第2の辺から従属する第5および第6の辺
を有する互いに結合された複数の六辺体を有し、
第3の辺は第1の頂点で第5の辺と結合され、第4の辺は第2の頂点で第6の辺と結合され、
各六辺体の第1の辺は第3および第4の辺の各々と90°未満の内部角を作り、第2の辺は第5および第6の辺の各々と90°未満の内部角を作り、
六辺体の第1および第2の辺は前記長軸方向に配向され、
各六辺体は、第1および第2の隣接する六辺体と結合され、各六辺体の第1の辺は第1の隣接する六辺体の第2の辺を与え、第2の辺は第2の隣接する六辺体の第1の辺を与え、
各放射状ループは、少なくとも第1の隣接する放射状ループと連結され、第1および第2の隣接する放射状ループの対は、複数の連結部材により連結される。
(i)互いに平行且つ対向する第1および第2の辺、
(ii)前記第1の辺から従属する第3および第4の辺、および
(iii)前記第2の辺から従属する第5および第6の辺
を有する互いに結合された複数の六辺体を有し、
第3の辺は第1の頂点で第5の辺と結合され、第4の辺は第2の頂点で第6の辺と結合され、
各六辺体の第1の辺は第3および第4の辺の各々と90°未満の内部角を作り、第2の辺は第5および第6の辺の各々と90°未満の内部角を作り、
六辺体の第1および第2の辺は前記長軸と直交方向に配向され、
各六辺体は、第1および第2の隣接する六辺体と結合され、各六辺体の第1の辺は第1の隣接する六辺体の第2の辺を与え、第2の辺は第2の隣接する六辺体の第1の辺を与え、
各長軸方向延長帯片は、放射方向に隣接する第1および第2の長軸方向延長帯片と連結部材により連結されている、ことを特徴とするものである。
(a)前記長軸方向延長帯片の前記複数の六辺体の第3および第5の辺と、前記放射方向に隣接する第1の長軸方向延長帯片の前記複数の六辺体の第4および第6の辺との間;および
(b)前記長軸方向延長帯片の前記複数の六辺体の第4および第6の辺と、前記放射方向に隣接する第2の長軸方向延長帯片の前記複数の六辺体の第3および第5の辺との間、
に存在し得る。
(a)ある長軸方向延長帯片の六辺体の前記第1の頂点と、第1の放射方向に隣接する長軸方向延長帯片の六辺体の前記第2の頂点との間;および
(b)前記ある長軸方向延長帯片の六辺体の前記第2の頂点と、第2の放射方向に隣接する長軸方向延長帯片の六辺体の前記第2の頂点との間、
に存在し得る。
(i)本発明の拡大性管状ライナ、
(ii)前記拡大性管状ライナをその上に配置する芯棒、および
(iii)前記芯棒および拡大性管状ライナを包囲する、開放端を有するスリーブからなり、
前記芯棒は、前記スリーブに対し相対移動可能であることを特徴とする、管路のある区間の内張り用組立体、も提供される。
(i)スリーブで囲まれた芯棒上に前記管状ライナを配置して組立体を形成し、
(ii)前記管路に該組立体を挿入し、
(iii)前記芯棒を前記スリーブに対し相対移動させ、
管状ライナをスリーブの開口端を通して移動させて管状ライナをスリーブ上に折り返らせ、前記管路の区画内で反転させて、前記第2の面が反転した管状ライナの内腔に面し、前記第1の面が反転した管状ライナの内腔に背を向けた状態とさせ、
(iv)前記芯棒およびスリーブを引き抜いて、
反転した管状ライナをその場に残す、
工程を有することを特徴とする管状ライナの管路への挿入方法が提供される。
Claims (12)
- 第1および第2の端部および内腔を有する管状ライナであって、該第1および第2の端部は開いていて、第1の端部から第2の端部へと該管状ライナを通る流体流れが形成され、且つ該ライナが拡大性材料からなることを特徴とする管路挿入用の管状ライナ。
- その第1および第2の端部の間に長軸を有する管状ライナであり、その管状ライナの回りに配置された複数の放射状ループを含む構造を有し、各放射状ループは、
(i)互いに平行且つ対向する第1および第2の辺、
(ii)前記第1の辺から従属する第3および第4の辺、および
(iii)前記第2の辺から従属する第5および第6の辺
を有する互いに結合された複数の六辺体を有し、
第3の辺は第1の頂点で第5の辺と結合され、第4の辺は第2の頂点で第6の辺と結合され、
各六辺体の第1の辺は第3および第4の辺の各々と90°未満の内部角を作り、第2の辺は第5および第6の辺の各々と90°未満の内部角を作り、
六辺体の第1および第2の辺は前記長軸方向に配向され、
各六辺体は、第1および第2の隣接する六辺体と結合され、各六辺体の第1の辺は第1の隣接する六辺体の第2の辺を与え、第2の辺は第2の隣接する六辺体の第1の辺を与え、
各放射状ループは、少なくとも第1の隣接する放射状ループと連結され、第1および第2の隣接する放射状ループの対は、複数の連結部材により連結される請求項1に記載の管状ライナ。 - 前記複数の連結部材は、第1の隣接する放射状ループの複数の六辺体の第3および第5の辺と、第2の隣接する放射状ループの複数の六辺体の第4および第6の辺と、の間に位置する請求項2に記載の管状ライナ。
- 連結部材は、第1および第2の辺の頂点以外の位置に存在する請求項3に記載の管状ライナ。
- その第1および第2の端部の間に長軸を有する管状ライナであり、その管状ライナの長軸に沿って配向された複数の延長する帯片を含む構造を有し、各長軸方向延長帯片は、
(i)互いに平行且つ対向する第1および第2の辺、
(ii)前記第1の辺から従属する第3および第4の辺、および
(iii)前記第2の辺から従属する第5および第6の辺
を有する互いに結合された複数の六辺体を有し、
第3の辺は第1の頂点で第5の辺と結合され、第4の辺は第2の頂点で第6の辺と結合され、
各六辺体の第1の辺は第3および第4の辺の各々と90°未満の内部角を作り、第2の辺は第5および第6の辺の各々と90°未満の内部角を作り、
六辺体の第1および第2の辺は前記長軸と直交方向に配向され、
各六辺体は、第1および第2の隣接する六辺体と結合され、各六辺体の第1の辺は第1の隣接する六辺体の第2の辺を与え、第2の辺は第2の隣接する六辺体の第1の辺を与え、
各長軸方向延長帯片は、放射方向に隣接する第1および第2の長軸方向延長帯片と連結部材により連結されている請求項1に記載の管状ライナ。 - 前記複数の連結部材は、
(a)前記長軸方向延長帯片の前記複数の六辺体の第3および第5の辺と、前記放射方向に隣接する第1の長軸方向延長帯片の前記複数の六辺体の第4および第6の辺との間;および
(b)前記長軸方向延長帯片の前記複数の六辺体の第4および第6の辺と、前記放射方向に隣接する第2の長軸方向延長帯片の前記複数の六辺体の第3および第5の辺との間、
を連結する、請求項5に記載の管状ライナ。 - 前記連結部材は、
(a)ある長軸方向延長帯片の六辺体の前記第1の頂点と、第1の放射方向に隣接する長軸方向延長帯片の六辺体の前記第2の頂点との間;および
(b)前記ある長軸方向延長帯片の六辺体の前記第2の頂点と、第2の放射方向に隣接する長軸方向延長帯片の六辺体の前記第2の頂点との間、
を連結する、請求項6に記載の管状ライナ。 - 前記連結部材は、直線状、湾曲状あるいは折れ曲り状のいずれかの形状を有する、請求項2〜7のいずれかに記載の管状ライナ。
- (i)請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の拡大性管状ライナ、
(ii)前記拡大性管状ライナをその上に配置する芯棒、および
(iii)前記芯棒および拡大性管状ライナを包囲する、開放端を有するスリーブからなり、
前記芯棒は、前記スリーブに対し相対移動可能であることを特徴とする、管路のある区間の内張り用組立体。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の管状ライナの、請求項9に記載の管路区間の内張り用組立体の製造への使用。
- 芯棒の上に配置される、請求項2〜8のいずれかに記載の管状ライナを、第1および第2の開放端と内腔を有する管材から形成する方法であって、
(i)前記管材のある領域上に、前記管状ライナの構造の少なくとも一部を規定するエッチングマスクを配置する工程、および
(ii)前記マスクを通して前記管材をエッチングして前記管材上にマスク構造を規定する工程、
を有し、必要に応じて
(iii)前記マスクを前記管材に対して相対移動して、前記工程(i)および(ii)を繰り返して前記管材上に前記マスク構造を規定する追加領域を形成する工程、
を少なくとも一回実施する、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の管状ライナを管路に挿入する方法であって、前記管状ライナは、前記内腔と面する第1の面と前記内腔に背を向ける第2の面とを有し、該方法は、
(i)スリーブで囲まれた芯棒上に前記管状ライナを配置して組立体を形成し、
(ii)前記管路に該組立体を挿入し、
(iii)前記芯棒を前記スリーブに対し相対移動させ、
管状ライナをスリーブの開口端を通して移動させて管状ライナをスリーブ上に折り返らせ、前記管路の区画内で反転させて、前記第2の面が反転した管状ライナの内腔に面し、前記第1の面が反転した管状ライナの内腔に背を向けた状態とさせ、
(iv)前記芯棒およびスリーブを引き抜いて、
反転した管状ライナをその場に残す、
工程を有することを特徴とする方法。
